Massage therapist did not show up for the appointment. I drove 20 minutes to get there and waited half an hour before finally texting her to see what was going on. She replied that she wasn’t going to make it due to not feeling well. I received no prior notification. I’m a working mom that finally carved out this time for myself and was having back pain and really needed the massage. I told her this was not an acceptable way to run a business and then she offered to come in. I had waited long enough and was already in tears because I really needed this. I said no thanks!
