I had my first appointment at Skin Apeel this past weekend and I could not be more satisfied about my experience. From the second I walked in I received excellent service. Kimberley and the staff are so warming and welcoming and really guide you to get the full experience. This was my first massage and Kerri was excellent. She was calming and walked me through how the process was going to work. The spa offers so many beautiful gifts and products, I could have shopped all day! I enjoyed my first experience so much I already booked my next appointment! I cannot wait to be back! Thank you for a wonderful experience and excellent service.

I went for the first time for a much needed facial. A great friend of mine gifted me a gift card and when I say I will be back at least once a month because it was the absolute best spa treat I have ever done for myself. Skin Apeel is worth the visit you wont regret it but you will for sure come back over and over because its AMAZING. The staff especially are so kind and professional. Also, the products they have inside are worth a trip in itself because they are great quality. DONT WAIT AS LONG AS I DID TO DISCOVER THIS PLACE!!!!.

If you’re coming to get a facial you must request Angela!! I started coming to her her at the end of May and in the past three months she has completely revitalized my skin. Prior to coming I thought there was no way to reduce my pores and had a lot of blackheads all over my skin and it even looked dull. But she knew what the do the moment she saw me and has since then completely fixed my skin! I am practically glowing every time I walk out the door and am now more confident than ever with my bare face. She is truly the best and the only person I trust with my skin!!

I went to Skin Apeel for my first facial in about 10 years. Angela was my technician and she was amazing. She took the time to explain the different options available to me as well as those that fit within my budget for the visit. I found Skin Apeel through the internet and reading reviews, from the minute I walked in I was greeted with such attention. My treatment with Nelda was extraordinary and simply OUTSTANDING, her hands were delicate and yet firm when needed. I like knowing each step of the procedure and without having to ask she explained each product used and its beneficial purpose. Neldas skin was FLAWLESS, I wont share her age, if you ever get to have her, you guess her age! all thanks to using good products and regular facials. Overall I was 100% pleased and will without question revisit again.

I have been to many spas and salons and Skin Apeel Day Spa is by far one of the best spas out there. The space and environment is truly relaxing; not small and cramped like a lot of other spas. This place is amazing. I booked a facial while visiting Florida just for fun and Im so glad I did. Christina was amazing. She was so thorough and talked me through the whole process, but what I appreciated most was that she knew her stuff. I have very sensitive skin that is prone to redness but I also have some acne scars. She did a blueberry mask that left my skin glowing, calm, and clean. She also gave me advise on a gentle peel I could use in my skincare regimen and two weeks later Im seeing results. Thank you!The spa itself is also very calming. Feels like such a relaxing getaway. Ive been going to Skin Apeel Day Spa for 26 years and I cant put into words how much I love this place. The owner, Kim is one of the nicest business owners I have ever met. She takes pride in her Spa and her staff is top notch. The selection of services is by far hands down the best! From the minute you walk in the door you begin to relax and destress. Christine gives a facial that makes you look and feel years younger. Jeralyn gives a massage that will put you in a trance and make all your aches and pains disappear. This place is simply magical!! About a month ago, I decided to do the fibroblast plasma procedure with Martha. After an initial consultation where she answered all my questions and explained the whole process to me in detail, we can up with a plan that would best suit me and my areas of concern.I had my eyelids, crows feet and below my eyes done. First she numbs everything with a topical cream. While that is working (about 45 minutes), you relax in a warm treatment bed, listening to soothing spa music. Once everything is numb, she starts the procedure, which does not take too long depending on how many different areas you do. The whole process is painless and she makes sure you are completely comfortable.I saw results instantly and more gradually everyday. It took about 2 weeks or so for everything to completely heal and to be able to put make-up on again. I did not need any down time. I was back at work the next day. Immediately after, you may experience the sensation of a bad sunburn, but you will receive cream and spray to apply and sooth the area. No washing or getting it wet until the small scabs fall off. You can lightly pat the area with a damp cold rag and then pat dry. That is what I did.Fast forward, I LOVE my results. My eyes are so much brighter and youthful. I get a ton of compliments from everyone who knows that I had it done. The difference is 100% noticeable and so worth it. Having the fibroblast was the best decision I have ever made. It gave me the results I would of had with plastic surgery, at a fraction of the cost and down time. I am already scheduling future appointments to have my neck, forehead, and the creases on the side of my mouth done. Thank you so much Martha and Skin Apeel.

I was lucky enough to be gifted with a certificate for services at Skin Apeel Day Spa. I booked a 90 minute deep tissue/auroma therapy massage. Upon arrival at this absolutely well appointed and charming spa, I was welcomed and taken to a small, intimate, sitting area where I waited for my service. Within minutes, Lexi appeared and took me to a beautiful room for my massage. The massage was beyond my expectation - leaving me feeling very pampered. The spa was absolutely beautiful upon walking in. I could feel the stress melt off me. For my first time I booked a basic facial with Cynthia but there was nothing basic about it! The products she used smelled amazing and she made me feel so safe with my skin in her hands. A month later and my skin still feels so fresh and hydrated!

Two months ago I did the Fibroblast on my eye lids and crow feet, Martha was awesome. The procedure was pain free, minimal down time and the amazing results. First she cleanse my skin and applied topical anesthetic cream, then with the pen she treated the designated areas creating small dots making small scabs on the area. I just came from a 4 hour “Spa Day” here that my husband surprised me with for my birthday! I had a Facial, Massage and a Spa Pedi. Honestly, this was probably the most amazing, relaxing day that I’ve had my entire life. Granted I’ve never had a “spa day” before but I would honestly send anyone in my family or friends here 1st as my experience was flawless. Chris did my facial, not only was she the most friendliest person, but her procedures were amazing. My skin actually glowed. Also the products they use here are top notch and perfect for sensitive skin.My massage was so relaxing, and my therapist was so sweet and professional. I love the massage room, it smelled so nice and the ambiance was perfect. Also, they have AMAZING teas and infused waters, and they serve a nice assortment of fruit, cheese and more! My pedi was the last thing I had done and it was so wonderful. She was so very gentle and very thorough, and the OPI color looks beautiful! They have really comfy massage chairs for mani and pedi, I could have sat there all night LOL I also want to point out that it is VERY clean here, they seem to take pride in their jobs and it really shows. The ambiance here is 10 out of 10. The staff, 10 out of 10 and the experience........................priceless!Ty ladies, from the bottom of my tearful heart!

Today I recieved a facial and it was nothing less of amazing. The staff was very friendly from the time I booked my appointment to the time I walked out the door to leave from my appointment. Christine took care of me. She was very knowledgeable about the products and also very personable. My first impression when I walked in was WOW! Vines and flowers hanging from the ceiling, fresh scent, light music and merchandise everywhere. Very refreshing atmosphere. Exactly what I needed. Just left the spa and already making plans to return. Highly recommend!

Ive been a client at SkinApeel for the last 20 years. I highly recommend all of their services, especially, the new Fibroblast Skin Tightening. Martha is gentle and extremely knowledgeable. The noninvasive procedure was painless, and within days my neck looked years younger! I can hardly wait until Im back in town to have the procedure done around my eyes!

This weekend , I went to Skin Apeel for the first time after a recommendation by friend! I am so happy I did ! Not only is the spa gorgeous , the staff was amazing ! I had a 75 minute facial by Adelle which was fantastic ! Not only was it extremely relaxing, afterwords my skin was glowing ! She recommended and discussed products that would be suitable for my skin type. I would definitely recommend a visit to this spa if you have not tried it yet and give it a five star rating I will definitely be back!

I got a teen facial with a kiwi mask done by Nedra and it was AMAZING!!! Totally recommend. My face is already looking better. The service was excellent and the environment was relaxing. The spa was also very clean and sanitary. I will definitely come back!!

Not sure why I waited so long to come here! Had my first experience at the spa - a shellac manicure and pumpkin facial - and both were delightful. I was a bit apprehensive due to COVID, but was reassured as soon as I arrived about the precautions they were taken and was very much able to relax and enjoy the experience. There were air purifiers in the rooms, and masks were worn by all staff. During the facial, she wore both a mask, shield and gloves and didn’t use the steam as a precaution. I will most certainly return and look forward to trying other services offered at this local gem!

I had a great day at Skin Apeel Day SPA. I had both, a massage and facial gifted to me by my husband for my birthday. I was a bit nervous because it was my first time going to the spa after quarantine but everything was absolutely perfect! Everything is well sanitized and all of the personnel were wearing masks. Also, the service and atmosphere of salon were both outstanding! I totally recommend and wish to visit again soon!

I have been getting facials regularly for the last 10 years and I have never had an esthetician care so much about correcting the problem (that I didn’t even know I had). Alex explained products at the right times and was not overly chatty. She definitely made me relaxed and I truly enjoyed the service.I mentioned to her that my main concern was my redness and dryness prior to getting started and after taking a quick look at my skin, she changed the original facial that I had booked for one she thought would be best for my skin. She also immediately recommended Arcona products as I have sensitive skin.I ended up purchasing the Arcona sample kit that has a few different products in the box (I love the line and will never use anything else!) and I have been using it for 3 days now my redness is COMPLETELY GONE, my skin is so soft and looks healthier, brighter, and so youthful.Thank you so much, Alex!Ps: the place is GORGEOUS! Betty was an absolute angel that definitely knows her craft! She was very professional, explained everything she was going to do and gave great tips! Her facials and massage were so GREAT, so relaxing and my skin glowed after! I wanted to take Betty home with me! Betty showed me around the spa and took time with me! The spa was clean, and the staff were friendly! Lots of great gifts too! I booked my next appointment and can’t wait to go back! I AM IN LOVE. With all honesty I have had really bad experience with business before and when I saw ALL 5 star reviews I was like noooo they probably just paid people to talk good about their place. BUT NO this place deserves a million 5 star reviews.THEY ARE SO PROFESSIONAL and the place is gorgeous. I came and did a ance facial at first I was scared because ance is a very delicate thing and can go wrong easily but Nelda (the lady that did my facial) was so kind and did my facial perfectly also they gave me samples so I can try things at home and it was great overall. I recommend going a million % .

She was extremely knowledgeable and super nice. She walked me through what kind of service would best fit my skin needs. I felt so relaxed and my skin was glowing after! She even gave me samples of the products she used on me and didn’t push me to purchase right away which I appreciated.Also, for going to a spa during covid I couldn’t feel safer than going to this one. They did a temperature check, everyone was wearing masks and it was extremely clean and very sanitized.Additionally the staff is very friendly and the spa itself is beautiful and very calming.I will definitely return for a facial and want to try a massage as well!

My mom got me this gift card since I’m pregnant (30 weeks) and she wanted me to relax. This was incredible. The entire staff was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Laura did my massage and was an expert at helping me be completely comfortable and relaxed with my big belly. I’m 99% sure I fell asleep for a second there it was so wonderful. Angela did my full facial and my skin has never felt better. She told me everything she was doing as she was doing it and made sure I was feeling 100% while on the table. I came in for my birthday as a little treat for myself. I had ended up getting a hydrofacial with Adelle and, oh my God, it was more than amazing! You get what you pay for and then some. They also sell GREAT skincare products that are organic and perfect for all skin types.P.S.: Shoutout to Adelle, youre the best!! Ill see you in a couple weeks :-)

I found this spa based on Google reviews and I understand why they have so many now that I have visited. Not only was my visit pleasant but my massage therapist, Janey, was very passionate about massage and I had been experiencing pain and since my massage the pain has been gone. Also, they have a customer loyalty program which I found impressive and very smart marketing. I will definitely be taking advantage of the new client 20% off and $20 credits.

I had a great experience, when I walked in I was greeted warmly and shown around. I had a Very relaxing massage and it was a clean environment. Autumn was very professional.

This is officially my favorite spa. I never would have discovered it but for my boss getting me a gift card for the holidays. It’s in a plaza I’ve driven past a hundred times but never noticed. The second I walked in I knew I would have a good experience. They’ve thought of every detail here. The ambiance is calm and relaxing, it’s beautifully decorated and there are a ton of gorgeous gifts and amazing bath products for sale. I also love the way they greet you at your first visit and show you around. During my first experience here I got a pedicure with Angela and it was impeccable. I am definitely coming back here again and again. Love it.

Such a wonderful experience for this mommy to be! My coworkers got me a gift card to go pamper myself and it was such a delightful experience. I had a prenatal massage and express facial, it was relaxing and exactly what I needed. All employees had great customer service and were friendly and inviting. I ended up buying a few products as well. They have so many interesting things from skin care products to trinkets and clothing. I am looking forward to going back soon in the future! Also the cucumber mint water with lemon sugar ice cubes was so refreshing, what a nice touch.

I have been coming to Skin Apeel for two years now, and I can only say amazing things about this place. From the atmosphere, to the welcoming receptionists this place is definitely my go to spot. I swear by all of their skin products and Charmene, the facialist, I see has improved my skin in ways beyond belief. She is so knowledgeable and is always staying up to date with skin care. Also, I just recently got a dazzle manicure with Angela and not only was she was very sweet, but she did an amazing job on my nails. Its been over a week and all my nails still have not chipped, and it is vegan and chemical free polish. I will never go back to nexgen nails again. Healthy skincare and beauty is where its at !

Today was my first visit to Skin Apeel and from the moment I walked in I knew my experience was going to be wonderful. The aesthetic of the spa is beautiful, calm and relaxing and the front desk attendants were very welcoming and nice. Madison showed me to the serenity room, offered me a beverage and snacks while I filled out paperwork and waited for my appointment to begin. In less than five minutes I was already relaxed. Alex did my facial and I cant say enough good things about her. We discussed my skincare needs and she suggested what she thought was right for me. She is friendly, knowledgeable and makes the entire experience very comfortable and relaxing. I felt very confident in leaving my sensitive skin in her hands and I left feeling like my skin was fresh and glowing. Overall, the experience is exactly what you would want from any spa. I will definitely be back. I cant wait to try some of their other services!

This place is simply amazing. As soon as you walk in, the place smells amazing. The receptionists are very professional. The waiting room goes beyond what words can explain. It is truly relaxing and beautiful. There is freshly infused waters offered along with a couple of other treats. It is truly a VIP experience. The massage specialist has hands of gold! They know how to reach every pressure point so that you feel amazing walking out. I would definitely recommend this place for your next spa day.
