I’m am not a write a review kinda girl…. That being said I’m taking the time to write this review because my experience with Dr. Warren and his entire staff definitely warrant one.I recently woke up one morning in excruciating pain…..How do I drive myself to the ER kinda pain.I was referred to Dr. Warren by a dear friend and I must say that it was the BEST decision I could have made, to call and schedule an appointment.Jessica was efficient and helpful with booking my first visit.I was taken on time and immediately felt comfortable there.Dr. Warren was kind, compassionate, extremely knowledgeable & caring. He was able to help me tremendously with relieving most of my pain on my very first visit.I was also seen by Nick, the massage therapist. My experience with him was great! He very quickly found the source of my pain and went to work to help reduce it.I am now receiving follow up care to learn better body mechanics and the proper way to stretch.I’m am very appreciative of the care I have received and I am on my way to feeling like “me” again. :)I would highly recommend this place to anyone in need!!!

Easy to book, well done adjustments, caring and professional people. What more can one ask for? My entire family now sees Dr. Warren.

Being a first time customer I received excellent customer service from beginning to end. Every portion of my appointment was very thorough and informative.Jessica the secretary was very welcoming upon our arrival. The procedure for first time customers was seamless with no hassle at all, especially the form fill to provide the doctor.Dr. David Warren was very transparent and informative with how he operates and evaluates his customers. We conversed about what specific pains or discomforts I had. From there he explained the common causes for it and the procedure (adjustment) he will do to help fix it.After the evaluation and adjustments made I was brought to Nick the masseuse for a 30 minute deep tissue massage to remove any muscle knots and relieve and nagging pains. The massage was great and much needed however for people who have issues dealing with pain. Make sure to be vocal and let Nick know so he can accommodate the best pressure for you.At the end of my appointment, I had a final chat with Dr.Warren & he explains the standard next steps in regards to scheduling another appointment . What I appreciated most was he was very honest and upfront in terms of that his office is always open for another appointment but he will never pressure you to book one unless you feel the need to or want one.Being from NYC I can say my experience with Dr.Warren at The Wellness Center of BocaRaton was the best I have experienced and I would definitely make another trip down to South Florida again just to book another appointment.

I’ve been going to Dr Warren for years and he is truly the best! He cares about you as more than just a patient, he cares about you as a person. I trust him emphatically and highly recommend.

Dr. Warren is amazing, my husband and I were in Boca Raton in October getting things finalized for our move there in January 2021 when he had a problem with his hip and back. I looked up a chiropractor and found the Wellness Center of Boca Raton. I called and spoke to Jessica who was very friendly and extremely helpful. She said she can get him in that same day.After seeing the doctor he came to the waiting room to say he wanted to speak to me. I had back surgery 3 years ago with rods and pins and could not move my left leg after surgery. I went for all sort of shots and burning of the nerves and physical therapy in New York. No one could figure out why.Dr. Warren said he knew exactly what was wrong and started massagesafter the 1st day I felt like I got hit by a train which Dr. Warren said I would feel like. He told me to ice and drink plenty of water. By the second timeI was amazed I could lift my leg and walk up stairs like a normal person..My husband and I saw Dr. Warren 2xs a week for 3 weeks. We are bothdoing awesome and in less pain and I can now walk go up stairs and I feel back to normal. Dr. Warren and Jessica are truly awesome and even called to check up on us to see how we were and if we were doing ok.

I have been going to Dr Warren for the past 5 years - before, after, and during my 2 pregnancies. As far as the pregnancies are concerned, coming in for chiropractic care throughout helped me be so much more comfortable through each stage and helped tremendously with each delivery (I say this with baby #2 only being a few weeks old right now)!

Dr. Warren is great! I highly recommend him to family and friends. First of all hes a giant of a man with a gentle power that was able to adjust my back when others couldnt do it properly. Also, they have awesome massage therapists in the office that are truely professionals. Not like at massage envy. Give Dr. Warren a call - they also take insurance.

If you are a disabled American with issues with waking up, getting yourself going or making it to your appointments, the receptionist will not accommodate you. She even told me to find another doctor closer to me and I like Dr Warren and only Dr Warren. Dr Warren is absolutely fantastic and I would drive from anywhere to see him but I think the lady who answers the phone is his wife and instead of letting the doctor tell me that it won’t work out for me to drive from Miami to Boca to see him, she has broad authority that is reserved only for a doctor because she can deny you service and will not reschedule. She is pessimistic and doesn’t think people will improve with their punctuality. It’s with great regret that I am not recommending this Chiropratic Center because the staff who answers for the Doctor is not accommodating. If something comes up like a hurricane in Miami, she has no pity for patients and is reluctant to rescheduling. She sounds tired and old. It’s sad... I was exiting Glades from Kendall drive (2 hour drive) and she refused to let me see the Doctor and come to my therapy appointment; I was only 15 mns late. I am a Registered Nurse so I would never lie and put my own practice in jeopardy. The staff is eventually gonna put this Doctors practice out of business for no reason. After all my failed experiences at other floridas doctors...and i use that term lightly, Dr. David Warren and his staff were a welcome breath of fresh air.He accomplished in 5 minutes what the rest of them have been unable to do in my nearly 3 years of Chiropractor shopping...alleviate my lower back pain. I was able to sit down with no pain for the first time in years. I walked in, very wobbily due to what the doc told me was a twisted and tilted pelvis. Then i gingerly sat down and explained all my trials and tribulations that got me to him. 1 pop of my pelvis later, i touched my toes with no pain, and sat down with no pain. AMAZING!Then there was the massage therapist Charity. Dont let her heavenly name fool you, she will read the riot act to your unruly muscles and knots. Hands down the strongest person that has ever worked on me. She really knew how to manipulate the muscles and shared knowledge to educate me on what i was feeling and what result she was looking for while doing so.I would recommend this office 10 times over. I was instantly impressed with EVERYONES bed-side manner, making me trust them and feel at ease. Dr. Warren really took his time and addressed not only my back issues, but gave me total wellness advice that will hopefully make me feel like i walk among the living once again.
