I’ve been coming to Nail Express for over 2 years, this is the best salon with the most talented and friendly staff. The nail art is amazing and my nails always look so beautiful when I leave. Coming to Nail Express is a place to hang out and have fun while getting the best service.

Love this place! Ive been coming here for a few years and am a happy customer. They just finished their renovations. Its very clean and bright. The workers are warm and friendly. They all speak English which is a plus. I go to whoevers available and they all do an excellent job. This place has lots of colors to choose from for nexgen, gel, and polish. The prices are a little higher, but you definitely get what you pay for. Give them a try, you will not be disappointed!

The best nail salon in the area! The employees are all so friendly and patient, and do a great job. The place itself is scattered with plants and is cool and clean. As soon as you step through the doors you feel zen - but the massage chairs will take it to that next level! The prices may be a little higher than what you’re used to, but it’s worth paying the extra buck or two to have such a relaxing experience.

The last two times I had my nails done here by the female owner (I’m sorry I do not know her name) they began to fall off within two days. The first time I went back on day two for her to fix the first nail that fell off and she blamed it on me having dry nails. I have NEVER had this happen before and have never been told I have dry nails. I went back a second time to the same woman and it happened again. I will not be going back.

I have followed the owners of this salon from the days when they were employees of others, this business is not just a nail salon its like going home, the service is impeccable, the techs are real pros, but what I like most is that Nail Express is prompt YOU NEVER wait ! So in my opinion all businesses should be run as well as NE of Boca

Ive been here three times and they have been nothing short of exceptional!! ! I just got their nexGen nails in almond shape by Jenny and they look AMAZING!!They go above and beyond in finding a suitable time for me between my busy schedule.The second time I went there was because another salon had completely messed my nails up and they fixed them.I cannot stop looking at them. I will go nowhere else but here!!

I have been going to Nail Express for almost 4 years. I moved from Texas to Florida 6 years ago and tried a few other salons for a couple of years.I was surprised how much more expensive everything is in Florida compared to Texas. I noticed that some salons have very high turnover and never saw the same technician twice. These salons also cut corners and never removed all the old product before adding the new product (which is very damaging to your nails). Other salons had good technicians but they overbooked their appointments. I was shuffled from chair to chair as others stepped in to help when my technician was behind which was many times. Finally I found Nail Express! I get the NextGen nails and I love them. This salon is about $5 more than other salons I had been at but they are worth it. The quality of the work and the customer service is superior to many salons in the area. I always book my appointments with Twee. Everyone there seems to be very dedicated to the quality of their work. My finished nails are always perfect and my nails are very healthy. The technicians and the customers are all easy to talk to and it is a relaxing environment.They do not overbook appointments. Each client is given personal attention and I do feel like they really care about their work and their clients. I would encourage everyone to book ahead of time so you are not disappointed. If you care about customer service, quality and having beautiful nails, you will love Nail Express! I love the new fresh decor! They are not the cheapest but they are the best!

Everyone here is a master of their craft! You can’t go wrong booking an appointment here. I get my gel manicure every two weeks and pedicure every four and it always looks perfect and professional (even after working at a barn most mornings). I get compliments on my nails all the time!

Thanks Twee for my beautiful nails and being so sweet! I usually get a gel mani, but i hate how it starts peeling off after a while. She convinced me to try out nextgen and I’m liking it so far. My sister also loves her nails that the did. He kept making us laugh with his sense of humor. Great service and super informative on future nail care!

This is by far the best nail salon I have ever been to and trust me I’ve tried a lot. I moved to Florida from New York and had high expectations. Every salon I tried here didn’t even come close to meeting them. Well this salon surpassed my expectations and I couldn’t have been happier. Everyone is super friendly, they all care about the quality of work each client receives, the nail art I get is always amazing and most importantly my nails always hold up and still look amazing weeks later. I 10/10 would recommend giving this place a shot, I highly doubt you’ll be disappointed.

Love this place, have been going there for years. The salon is very clean. Their staff is friendly, professional and the work they do is AMAZING. I normally get nextgen with tips and they last about 3-4 weeks.

Went there with my daughter and our nails turned out nice. No latex gloves alternative so he did my Mani pedi with no gloves.... I dont know it wasnt terrible but it was awkward because they didnt discuss the situation in English. I hate feeling like I should have been better prepared to accommodate my special needs. To be fair I didnt ask when I made the appointment... definitely would have preferred to have gloves (but thats a personal choice).. it wasnt bad. They were friendly and nice. Shop has a very heavy chemical smell too. Prices are reasonable... they get like 3.5 stars from me actually...

In my opinion this place has very nice workers, nice and clean inside! I got a nexgen manicure with tips, which was a bit pricey. Two of my nails broke off within the first three days and frustratingly others have begun to break and are cracking very painfully only a week later. Disappointed because they seemed perfect, will not be going back.

Today was the second time going to this nail salon. First time I did gel, went great. Decided to try Nextgen nail polish, my mistake I didnt ask for the price upfront. When all said and done, I got charged $50. Thats ridiculous. And my friend got charged $45, for same exact thing. You guys do a great job but thats a rip-off!! I paid and tipped because the job was great, but will never return.

As a long-time, loyal and extremely happy customer of Nail Express and its owners, I feel the need to write this review not only to share my extreme gratitude for their establishment and services, but also to dispel any reviews that mention false or misleading information.As a small business owner myself, I know that just because the place is empty, doesn’t mean there aren’t people with appointments coming in soon; people who deserve to have their appointment times honored, as opposed to being made to wait because a walk-in demanded to be serviced immediately. I make appointments and they are always honored, on time, and with a smile. I am always completely in love with my nails after getting them done here, and appreciate the professional and friendly, warm atmosphere that is always present. I have NEVER experienced any of the staff there as rude or unfriendly.If you’re looking for a “little oriental woman [who is] very rude”, you won’t find her here. If you want perfectly manicured/pedicured, beautiful nails with which you will be beyond pleased, this is the only nail place you need to visit!

Since u have to give a rating I put one star but for me would be zero. Just started working around the corner last week and decided to go get my feet done after work. Got there at 520 & the place was empty but was told they cant take me until 6pm. The little oriental woman was very rude too. Didnt get any service & wont be returning

I had an appt but they kept me waiting over 20 min with no apology or soaking while I waited. The technician did a good job, but I was shocked that nexgen nails cost $50 and did not include any hand massage or even oil on my cuticles. I will not be coming back

I started 2 months ago doing tips, nexgen, powder gel, etc., but unfortunately havent found a place that meets my picky needs until now! Long the owner is AMAZING, he completely transformed my nails and I couldnt be happier!! I highly recommend this place!!
