Unfortunately, I would have given them a higher rating, but who likes to wait in your car in this 90+ heat. Not to mention if someone has to drive you, THEY have to wait in this heat who knows how long, possible 2-3 hours. I’m surprised that someone hasn’t had a heat stroke in the parking lot. The other thing is, when they say your doctor will be doing the surgery(mine was cataract) that’s not entirely true. My doctor did the five minute work , and then turned over the rest of the work replacing the lens to someone else. Who knows who that was , might have been an intern for all I know. One more thing, they are terrible at scheduling! I initially saw the doctor for all the tests in November, and they said they would call me for surgery date but when no one called after 2 months, I had to call and finally got a surgery date for February. Having the other eye done wasn’t much better. After seeing another doctor in March, COVID-19 hit with the lockdown on elective surgeries, it was 3 months later that I finally had surgery after calling more than once to schedule, even when they reopened in May. They are seeing way too many people for the staff to keep up.

The least thorough medical personnel ive ever had the displeasure of using. My poor wife has been here three seperate occasions for pain after our toddler scrated her cornea. Each time they say something different, first it was youll have to deal with the flaring up the rest of your life the it was oh we can put a contact on to help with the pain and healing then she went today after it swelled up and put her in emmense pain and they give her eye drops...... she comes home and within 2 hours is laying on the bed crying in pain. So I go to call them and what do you know they dont answer! How can you say you provide emergency care when you dont even answer your phone!!
