I made an appointment to ask about possible surgical revision of a cosmetic procedure. He saw me for a maximum of 5 minutes and said he couldnt help. 2 weeks later I received a bill for $90. In my experience, most initial cosmetic surgery consultations are free, and if they arent, the patient is informed of the charge at the time of making the appointment. After all, without preliminary consultations, no procedures would be booked and no money would be made.
