I absolutely love coming here. The staff is so fun to talk to and it’s very lively. Shout out to the rehabilitation aids… Kat, Jack, Frank, Rhea, Grace and Matt. They are so friendly and helpful. The physical therapists are very knowledgeable and intelligent. I can’t forget about the wonderful and beautiful Miss Natalie, such a warm face to greet me at every appointment. Highly recommended!!!!

I just finished treatment for my frozen shoulder at Athletico. The staff was attentive, friendly and highly skilled! Special thanks to Katie for the expert care! I’m on the road to full recovery! Also, they give you a swag bag when you finish treatment. Anyone in need of rehab should call them first!

Ive been to Athletico for physical therapy before my knee surgery and after my knee surgery. Their location was convenient to where I live. Katie Spencer helped me so much and I went back to her for my bone spur in my heel too. All the staff members are so kind and helpful. It such a nice atmosphere and they make you feel welcome. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing physical therapy.

After almost two years of knee issues, Katie and Dinah at Athletico have gotten my knee almost back to 100%! After my second knee surgery, I started working with Katie, who helped me adjust to walking without a brace and got my knee bending again. I then worked with Dinah for three months. Dinah always listened, whether it be about knee problems/updates or constant complaints about law school. Dinah always took my feedback on knee pain into account and adjusted my exercises to ensure that I was doing the best exercises for my recovery. Thanks to Dinah, I went from not being able to walk or even sit without pain to going for long walks and running pain-free. I am so grateful for Katie, Dinah, Zoe, Matt, and everyone else at Athletico who have helped me with my stubborn knee and enabled me to start doing the activities that I love.

Staff took the time to answer questions and made me feel very comfortable. I felt like the therapists treated me as a person, not just as a patient.

The staff is excellent. They were very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. Couldn’t be happier with my choice of physical therapy.

I cannot say anything bad about the staff. They rehabbed my elbow from not being able to grip anything to being able to do more even before the injury. Katie, Davie, Rhea, Matt, Jacey, and Cam kept me motivated and will use again if and when I injure myself! Thank you isn’t enough!

While physical therapy is not always the most pleasant experience, my time with Katie and the rest of the staff was incredibly enjoyable. There was always conversation between the staff and patients, and the place was lit up with positivity! From day one, I felt at ease knowing my hip pain would be treated by the right people. I cannot recommend this location enough. Thank you for everything!

Athletico was a great experience for physical therapy. Cam and Davey are excellent with understanding and evaluating patients as well as composing an appropriate plan for rehabilitation. The facility is pristine but even better is the knowledge and ability of the staff at athletico. Absolutely zero complaints. You will not be disappointed with this team.

When my physical therapist Dinah J. went from ATI to Athletico I had my ortho doc write me a new scrip & followed her there. Dinah is compassionate, hands on & empowers me to do my own PT at home. Jaycee, the office person, is friendly & efficient & the other therapists are skilled & friendly as well. Athletico is welcoming & facility is very clean. Im very glad I switched from ATI in order to stay w/Dinah. I did my shoulder surgery rehab with her, stress fracture, knee pain & now nerve issues in my arm/hand. Shes good.

The team at Athletico was amazing and helped me recover from a back injury. I worked with Kelly and Katie on exercises and dry needling. I would highly recommend both of them as they were encouraging through the entire process.

I went here to get treated for a lower back injury. The staff are super friendly and they were always willing to accommodate my crazy schedule. Any questions I had were always answered with an easy to understand explanation. I finished treatment feeling good as new, maybe even a little better than before my injury!

I was referred to Athletico West for an injured shoulder. Over the weeks, I couldnt believe how much better I began feeling! I am now completely pain free!! Major thanks to Katie; she identified the root cause and tailored my therapy specifically to me and my future goals. Everyone here was incredibly kind and attentive to my issues. They helped me overcome multiple issues I had little to no hope of fixing. The staff is fun, and I was always guaranteed a laugh or two each visit. I felt heard and supported. I myself am a medical professional in an adjacent field, and I will be recommending my own clients that need PT to this location. Highly recommend this location!

Outstanding facility. Katy, Kelly and David are Super Therapists and works very well adjusting to patient schedules. As far as customer service, A++ they get it. True professionals. I highly recommend them.

I had rehab for a shoulder injury here and even through a pandemic it was easy to connect to the staff and keep a safe and enjoyable atmosphere while I went through the my physical therapy

Going into physical therapy I did not have much hope. I was concussed by a cycling accident. I had been having trouble for weeks before being refereed to Athletico. I did not have much faith in how a concussion could be helped by a physical therapist but I was very wrong. Once going to Athletico my physical therapist Davy helped diagnose the bigger issue of whiplash that was leading to some of the main issues I was having. I was out of school for almost 3 weeks and was not able to ride more than 20 minutes a day for over a moth. After working with Davy and the others at Athletico I began to feel better and had hope that I was going to be able to get better soon. They were able to get me back on the bike and training faster than I ever expected. I really cannot thank Athletico enough for all of their help and support.

Awesome staff to deal with. I was in for a Fit Test for an employer. They were very kind and explained things very well. Only wish this branch was closer to me! David was great!

Great place to rehab

If there were 10 stars, Id give them all 10! I love the staff here, they are friendly, encouraging, supportive, and fun! They all know their stuff and are very accessible and available. I look forward to coming in every time I have an appointment because I know that I will have a good time here - even if it means soaking my sprained ankle for 10mins in an ice bath! They act like a little family and that is really unique. I sprained my ankle climbing outdoors and they have supported me through the recovery. Ive seen other patients in their with various different recovery processes and it seems that everyone receives fair and equal care! I hope that everyone who comes in here feels as cherished as I do!

What can I say about athletico that hasn’t already been said about the wheel, sliced bread or penicillin: simply life changing. 6/5 would recommend. I’ve lived here for three years and while it provides great shelter, my only complaint is that people are wicked loud during nap time. Like Katie always going on and on about how much she loves Thomas Edward Patrick Brady Jr and will passionately describe how the New England Patriots will have the best dynasty of all time. They make up for it by providing Dunkin’ iced coffee made to order everyday.

Was referred to Athletico West for lower back and knee issues (Summer 2019) and was extremely pleased with my experience there.Katie and Davy (and their team) were absolutely phenomenal! They took time to truly listen to my problems and help me address them. Appointments were fun, and under their care I was able to learn about the musculoskeletal problems I have been struggling with for years and how to properly work toward correcting them.While I will miss seeing them, I certainly do not miss the consistent pain I had been having (and greatly appreciate how much better I feel).Without a moments hesitation I would recommend anyone in need of physical therapy to their care!

Athletico is the best. The PTs work hard to get at the root of your problem, rather than just treating symptoms. Ive had a lot of PT, and this is my favorite place! Davy and Katie are both great.

KathyI had PT for pain in my shoulder caused by arthritis in my neck. My experience at Athletico West was very positive. This is very much a success story in that my pain was less after first week and continued to improve week by week. My therapist (Katie) was very professional and made the hour go quickly and to great reward-NO PAIN.

The physical therapy was so beneficial and the staff was so nice that I re-injured my ankle just to come back.

I actually have never patronized their services, but am the manager of a company contracted to provide transportation for their clients who arent able to provide their own. (They are not providing me any incentive to write this review, I am doing this of my own volition after hearing how well they have treated a personal friend.) Not only are they a pleasure to work with business-to-business from their local branches to their administrative team, but every client of theirs that I have driven has spoken so highly of the team there across the board from how they interact with their clients to the healing services they provide. I have never heard a single bad thing from even one of their clients that Ive driven, and I have driven so many. They all seem to genuinely love their time spent there, and that is high praise considering how difficult and taxing physical therapy can be. If you are looking for physical therapy, they are absolutely who I would recommend, and I wish Id known about them when I was going through therapy myself. Really cannot recommend enough, just a top-notch business and team.
