I have seen her for a few years now and in 2020 was my last visit!!! I find her staff rude as well as her. I tried to be overly nice to them (thinking Id kill them with kindness) but this didnt work!! I felt as though I was inconveniecing them...not a nice feeling!!

I am only giving one star because that is the lowest I can give. Staff was rude and apparently does not need customers. I am not a hard person to deal with but they ticked me off before I even gave my name. Rude employees are caused by rude employers.

If your child has vision issues go to Dr. Morris! She will ease your mind and come up with a plan. Dr. Morris has a heart for treating vision issues in children! She understands how the brain and eyes work together and treats the whole body. The staff was absolutely fantastic!

Dr. Morris and her team are amazing! Within 20 minutes of walking into her office for the first time, she corrected an issue I’ve lived with for nearly 15 years that went undiagnosed by several other doctors. Everyone there is extremely friendly and punctual and I will not be going anywhere else from now on.

Dr. Morris is a rare combination of book-smarts and common sense. She makes the visit fun and finds a way to make your budget accomplish your needs.In addition, from what I can tell, she spends her vacations giving free treatment to impoverished regions, gathering supplies from all over Southern Indiana so people who have never had glasses before can see for the first time since they were children, and some of them for the first time ever.This is the kind of business do you want to support instead of buying your glasses and contacts online. Keep businesses like this alive for our community and for the struggling communities they help.

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable!

Kristina Morris will not accept my insurance because it is Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield. She must be over run with patients and not need my business. I wouldnt go to her if my eyes were bleeding and falling out of their sockets.

I have been to several optometrists over the years, but Dr. Morris is the best! Her knowledge, skill, demeanor and humor are reasons why I have found a forever doctor.Her staff is top of the line too! I found the ladies to be professional, approachable, friendly and most of all, kind to an old hoosier!

I love Dr Morris. So personable and knows a lot. But I agree that the staff could be much better.

We love Dr. Morris and her staff. They are all very personable and knowledgeable. My son was having troubles reading, and staying on task. Homework in the evening was a battle. Doctor Morris was able to help with both his reading. The vision therapist at her office was wonderful, my son looked forward to it every week. Dr Morris also gave me some tips (not vision related) to help with homework. It used to take over an hour to get his homework done... Now he gets it done in 15 minutes or less!!

Incredibly friendly and accommodating staff! My experience left me feeling that I needed to pay forward the kindness I had received. Thank you!

The eye doctor is wonderful however her front office staff is rude and doesnt listen to your request. Also Ive been there 2 times and the main girl is always putting people on hold because she is doing so much whole checking people in. We will get my Sons glasses then find another doctor. I love Dr. Morris but she needs to look at her front office staff.

Dr. Morris does a great job with getting prescriptions spot on. However her office staff is horrible and they are rude. For an established patient it will take months to get in. I have also ran into random charges that they have no explanation for. The attitude of the office staff is if you don’t like it go somewhere else.
