My CPAP machine started making a noise. I called Trinity since that is where I received the machine from. I have not had any problems in the past. They told me to bring it in and they would look at it. I received a voicemail from Kurt stating that he did not hear the noise. I called back and spoke to Kurt. He was professional on the phone but reiterated that he had the machine running all day and it seemed to be functioning fine. I asked if I could come in the store so we could both listen to the machine. This agitated Kurt a little bit when I asked and he said that I could come pick it up but wouldnt allow for us to listen to the machine together. I dont think that Kurt was aware that I was calling him from the parking lot at Trinity. So I told him I would come in and pick up the machine. As soon as I got off the phone with him I walked into the Business. Kurt must have told his coworkers about our phone call. I could hear all of them talking about me in the room to the left when you walk in their front door. The best part of this story was I could hear Kurt say I am not in the mood for this. Then I hear one of the employees say I think someone is here! LOL! I will look for a new store to do business with.

They dont have any problems with you unless you are not spending money there. I had my cpap machine pulled from there services. What a way to end 4 years of being a customer.

I contacted the office by phone to make a monthly payment by debit card. Ive always experienced friendly customer service, but the lady I spoke with this last call was very rude as if backing me in a corner to pay my bill in full now. I felt she was threatening. If you dont do this or that, etc... in a stern and snobby voice. You know that its going to take you so many years to pay your bill with these service fees if its not paid in full now... Like I havent figured that out with your new service fees? Im considering they may be experiencing a significant amount of unpaid services... but her attitude was not necessary. By law monthly payments are acceptable and credit collectors is not allowed as long a debtor pays even a $1 towards their bill. Though understanding wanting their money owed and a service fee to tacked on, be FOREWARNED they are beginning to charge A $12 , yes, $12 monthly SERVICE FEE (they are allowed to charge fees by law being a business, of course) on each monthly payment your giving them money owed. Outrageous!!! If there is another business in town or even out of town I highly recommend to RUN there! They have gone downhill, sadly.

I got a new bipap machine and mask several months ago from Trinity. Kurt brought it to my apartment as I am very disabled and basically homebound. He has great knowledge of Trinitys products and gave me a folder with information about when I could reorder items based on my insurance coverage. Myra Hume

We were given several excuses by more than one staff member at this company. The company tried to blame the insurance company for denying to cover supplies due to non-compliance (not by choice of the patient- it is a medical issue that is being looked in to) when in reality, it was the company who chose to operate this way. I am not sure if they thought we would just deal with it and not contact our insurance company or what, but they found out today we definitely contacted the insurance company who even called Trinity to tell them no pre-authorization was needed for the policy we had and that the equipment would be covered. Trinity still refused and stated we would have to pay the full price for the equipment. The business office employee stated they dont have the time to contact the different insurance companies all the time to see if pre-authorizations are needed as it is too time consuming. Scary business practices for a company responsible for ensuring you have the supplies needed to maintain your airway while sleeping. She had no problems telling me we could go elsewhere for supplies. Horrible customer service and deception/dishonesty. Be cautious if you choose this company.

Was recommended to me by my uncle who has dealt with multiple different medical supply companies. Told me it was the best by far. I had a wonderful experience, the staff was kind and helpful the office was clean and professional. They took the time go through everything finding equipment that fit oriperprb answering all of my questions making sure I left absolutely tyaken care of.

The staff at Trinity is the finest Ive ever encountered. Pat and Mo are professional and so helpful. They make sure that you receive every benefit of there insurance knowledge as well as helping you select the correct equipment for your needs. In the past Ive dealt with the two big companys in this industry, they dont hold a candle to Trinity when it come to customer service and TRUE patient care. This is an AWESOME COMPANY. This is a great place. They helped me hand pick a cpap mask that fit me and taught me everything you need to know about the machine. They helped with any questions and the staff is so friendly and helpful. They always call me when its time for new supplies to see if I want them and they will even ship them to me. I would highly recommend.

This is a wonderful business to get your home medical supplies from. Ive been using them for a little over a year and a half and have been extremely pleased with the services and support this company has offered.Kurt is very knowledgeable and you can tell that he genuinely cares about the products and his patients. Its very hard to find someone so passionate about their jobs and the services they provide but Kurt really does go above and beyond in his duties.

This Sunday evening Trinity Home Med Equipment provided me with over-the-top Outstanding service!! As a person with a severe sleep apnea, I ALWAYS use my sleep apea machine. I returned from a week of travel to discover I had left my electrical cord (which plugs into my power source and then into the wall socket) at my last location.I called. It would be mailed back to me. But I felt desperate knowing I faced 2-3 nights of my brain cells dying due to disrupted flow of oxygen.So I called Trinity Sunday evening, just hoping to leave a message about my problem. Maybe they would call me back sometime Monday.To my utter surprise, Trinity has an answering service!! Even more wonderful the person was kind and understanding and promised to send out the email immediately. I felt better just knowing she cared.Even MORE AMAZING, I received a call within 15 minutes. CHRISTINE, THANK YOU!! She listened carefully. Then promised to check with her manager and call me back tomorrow morning about what could be done!Trinity has always provided me with excellent service. But this is over-the- top! My Thanks to those who helped me tonight and all the hard-working and caring professionals of Trinity.

These people are the best. They have been providing service to me for about six years . They are very warm and compassionate. They always return phone calls very quickly. Emergency calls are treated as emergencies. They answer all my questions and give me a really good advice. I would not do business with anyone else.
