I wish I could give a 0! It has been since July 2021 and I still dont have any supplies for my cpap machine. They give you this run around to call the local office then to call the main office. One time I got the call center in Phoenix, AZ! He said since you pushed a button you will be sent all over the world!! It is a truly frustrating process and what is affected is my health with poor service.

Dont use them been trying to get my wife a travel order to Terra Haute Indiana. They cant get anything done. Was told it would be done Friday. Called on Monday and nothing was done. They told me they would send a message to the office and someone would call. They dont care if the person who needs the oxygen to live has it or not.

Mr. Roberts explained how to use the equipment very thoroughly. He was very knowledgeable.

I asked Samantha to fax my numbers short notice to the doctor giving me a DOT physical and she sent them immediately. It enabled me to get a 2yr certification. Thanku!
