I love it here!.... everything is neatly clean and they take there time on you and are not just rushing you in and out like most of other clinics but Marisol is an excellent nurse and her service is really amazing as well with Brenda I would really recommend this clinic if you need prenatal care or any other care👌🏽👌🏽

Leslie the receptionist thank you for your services, you deserve a raise 💁🏼‍♀️✅Other receptionists transfer your calls to places you didn’t even ask to be transferred to, and sound like they don’t even want to do their job. (I spent nearly 2 hours getting transferred back and fourth because no one really took the time to understand the reason for my call, and it was SIMPLE)Meanwhile Leslie took it upon her own hands to get to the bottom of my issue (as a professional should do), I am grateful for people like you. Who go to work and actually want to help. 💖 … and I’m not one to sit here and type reviews but she deserved it. My time is precious to me. Hope the office manager reads this and takes her into consideration for a raise… again Thank you Leslie 5 stars for you!

The Doctor’s are caring, patient, and kind. My review is due to the horrible organization of the administration staff. Both my parents and I have been scheduled for appointments months in advance only to have the day of the appointment arrive, and the staff giving us a call that same day that the Doctor is not available. Not sure if they place an appointment randomly and hope that the doctor comes in that day, but what’s certain is that it’s very inconsiderate. It’s happened on various occasions that I ask for a day off from work for an appointment to have them cancel last minute. Extremely unprofessional. What’s worse is that they cancel your appointment and have you wait another 2-3 months for a reschedule. You would think that they would prioritize you, since they miscalculated with their appointment process.

They called me to confirm appointment and helped me change the appointment. SCHEDULED ME FPR 11-4-20 AT 8:10 AM IN CLINIC VISIT NO PHONE CALL. SO I GET THERE AND THEY TELL ME THE APPOINTMENT IS OVER THE PHONE AND AT 9:45 AM. NOW I HAVE TO RE SCHEDULE APPOINTMENT ONLY TO MISS MORE WORK AND SCHOOL TIME. THANKS A LOT FOR A WASTE OF TIME.

I don’t know about all these other people but I had no issues at all. Helped me with my low income paperwork in and out in less then an hour. Front desk ladies did there job not rude just polite. Dr and nurse were both very nice and informative. The price was affordable and I will be going back for dental and vision.

Very bad place the doctor for the adults is rude makes facial expressions when looking at you , not even that she messed up on my medication , and she gave me results I was worried for the reason that I knew I didn’t have that because I didn’t have non of the symptoms at all go to another doctor and tells me I’m fine that he doesn’t know why my doctor told me that if it’s something big ! Don’t waste you time there are other doctor that care for there patients no just a pay check and this place just does it for the paychecks last time I ever go hear !!!!!

The pediatrician is very nice. The adult physician,however, wasn’t able to see me because walk-ins are only for sick patients...I wouldn’t be there if I wasn’t. I waited an hour before they could tell me this. It’s a very clean, nice place but the receptionist was pretty rude and so was the manager.

I always have a problem when calling the clinic. They answer and say theirs another patient ahead of you do you mind holding, I say that’s fine. I’ll be holding for ten or even fifteen minutes all of a sudden the call is disconnected. I call back and NO ONE answers!! It’s so frustrating.

Bad bad bad alll bad... you follow the rules and still they have you waiting. There process on taking in patients is very very un Professional!

This review is for the dental clinic.Horrible customer service and the procedures are expensive even with the low income credit applied. They do only very basic procedures. I wouldn’t recommend them. Found a much better dentist elsewhere.

I hardly recommend this clinic i been having issues with my doctors appointment they tell me a time when i get to front desk they tell me that my appointment was a different time i spoke to the supervisor and fix the issue i come in and they tell me that my appointment is at 12 when the supervisor told me 11:30 am i am tired of this

I had an appointment today at 3 and the dentist went home early I was there early while claiming to call me but never got the phone call and when I had asked what number they couldn’t find my number nor give me the number they had on file

The pediatrician dr Houssam Fayad is fabulous my friends and i love him but unfortunately the drs for the adults suck the receptionist are terrible and rude to my nephew completely ignored him he was standing there for a couple mins to ask them to play the movie a patient came in and they helped her instead of my nephew. Then as i went to ask to speak to a maager im standing there waiting to be spoken to they ignored me and helped another paitent that walked up after me they clearly

Go somewhere else. Did not have a good visit. The dr. was cranky and judgemental. I understand its a low cost clinic, but, the dr didnt need to tell me she was tired of hearing about how patients couldnt afford their meds.

They take too long on bringing in patients for their appointments . they brought me in at 3:30 but took me out because there was no room 🤦🏽‍♂️ worst of all i came back at 5

Dont come here.. the doctors are retarded and try to give you their depression medication when you go in and complain about flu or illness.. ridiculous!! Take your family to doctors who actually care. And provide help and solutions

Wait is ridiculous... I wait over a hour each time I came here. Once I wait for a hour and a half for them to tell me my appointment was 15 minutes earlier which I knew it was not...

The dentist n doctor are both rude ,not helpful ,they dont care about your problems n just prescribe ibuprofen, my brother went here n the doctor wasnt even paying any attention he went to another clinic n found out what actually was wrong with him . This place is no good n Ill never recommend it to anyone.

People here are retarded my appointment was at 8 and we were there until 10 then we finally got to the doctor but we found out.the lady hadnt even registered me yet, the doctors and nurses are nice, but the receptionist will keep driving patients away

The wait in this place is horrible, the appointments are for within 1 month, there are not enough doctors or if there are, they are on the talk, my appointment today was at 11 a.m. There are no people, its 2 in the afternoon and Im still waiting just for some results that I did a month ago! This is amazing! ... I dont know what they mean by date because they dont respect. But if you spend a little, (sorry we spend 10 mnts and we can no longer attend them).
