I highly recommend Right at Home based in Bloomington, MN for at-home care. RAH has provided care for two of my family members. The managers are dedicated to finding the right fit for the client and the caregivers are compassionate and dedicated. My dad didnt think RAH could find the person he needed to help with his grocery shopping and cooking, but they found someone who was perfect for him! And when he needed more care, they found individuals who could meet his increasing needs. My dad had high standards and he was very happy with the care he received and the caregivers who provided the care.

I am pleased with all my all my dealings with Right at Home. Upon meeting my Mom they were able to find some very quickly. Most important was the match. When I call my Mom and she is happy, excited because her care giver has been there tending to her living needs. She tells me she feels care for, protected, looked out for. As her daughter I feel like I made the right decision. It gives me peace and what she deserves.

I have worked for Right at Home for over 10 years. The office staff has always been helpful and kind. I have loved helping seniors in their homes and taking them on errands. There is lots of variety in this job and they keep me close to home (10 miles). It is a great part time job!!

I am a home health aide working for Right at Home (RAH) and I appreciate the respect and flexibility they provide for both their clients and employees. RAH focuses on finding great matches between clients and home health aides and I really appreciate how they have been accommodating in finding part-time hours that work for me, a full-time student. Everyone working in the office has displayed integrity and kindness, and that makes such a difference!

Right At Home was hired in 2017 to help care for my mother in her house after it became apparent that she was showing signs of Alzheimer’s. They were wonderful! We started out with some general help a couple times a week and increased slowly to seven days a week as my mothers needs progressed. They helped out in all areas of her life from medications and doctor appointments to grocery shopping, meals and house cleaning. With their help, we were able to keep mom in her home until this October. As you know most care facilities were closed to visitors because of Covid-19. She looked forward to her “friends” coming for a visit each day. They were more than care aids, they were also her friends. “Friends” says a lot about the type of people Right At Home provided. I would highly recommend their service!

Right at Home was a central part of our Mom’s “team” from after our dad passed and she moved into her own condo, into assisted living, and then memory care, right up until she passed this summer—eight years! One of her companions came twice a week for that entire period and they really became good friends. Two others were also there for many years. (Mom had visits 3-5x week.) They helped with errands, doctor appointments, light meal prep and light cleaning, fun outings, but mostly they were like friends, and they all treated her as they would their own mother. Since we “kids” all live thousands of miles away, it was a huge comfort to know she had that constant presence, and their quick email check-ins letting us know how she was or what they’d done that day were a blessing. And Paul was so good at finding replacements when any of them had their own appointment or vacation. The whole team was like family; we invited them to our holiday open houses and Mom’s 90th birthday when we were in town. I’m not sure how we would have gotten through the last eight years without RAH. I’ve already recommended them to friends in the area. You can’t go wrong with RAH!

I highly recommend Right at Home if you are looking for assistance for yourself or for a loved one to stay at home. I contacted them more than two years ago now and they were so responsive and quick to set up an appointment to assess my mother’s living situation and how they could help. The representative who came was extremely professional, compassionate and kind and listened to our concerns and offered solutions and explained services as to how Right at Home could help my mom stay in her apartment. And, frankly, help me, the adult daughter, in relieving me of some of my mom’s week in and week out care.We’ve had the same in-home caregiver since we came onboard with Right at Home and my mom has said that she loves her caregiver “like a daughter.” The consistency with our caregiver has been great and the relationship she has built with my mom has given my mom great companionship and joy. Anytime we’ve needed any change in schedule, it had been handled quickly and efficiently with one phone call.In closing, I highly recommend Right at Home. If I could give more than five stars, I would!

While this may sound cliche, but I can not say enough good things about Right at Home. This agency has provided in-home support for my uncle for over ten years and for my mother-in-law for over two years. The office staff respond to questions and concerns immediately and the direct caregivers are, as my uncle says, Angels. Some of the staff that support my uncles needs have worked directly with him for 10+ years. No one is perfect; certainly my family! My uncle and mother-in-law have expressed some concerns over the years. Right at Home has responded to each concern with respect, with patience, and with kindness.
