Just called this morning for a commercial quote. After speaking and asking for this got hung up; the person was called Mark I believe. Called immediately after and the same person started speaking, cut off mid sentence, and hung up. VERY RUDE and unprofessional. If this is the treatment you get walking in the door (having the door shut on your face), I can only imagine the treatment I was going to receive... and yes, this is a pseudonym to protect our business. With so many insurance agents out there I’m baffled that a company takes this treatment to new potential customers.

Very knowledgeable and friendly group of people. Allyson is very fast and they are cheaper than anywhere weve found to have our taxes done. This is our 2nd year with them. We only wish we had known about them sooner! We also have several supplemental insurance policies through them that JF Burton set up for us. Weve had to use them all except the disability policy and are THRILLED! JF is extremely knowledgeable about Medicare part D plans. They helped me figure out what was best for my grandparents.
