Josh helped me through the whole process. Insurance can be intimidating when you are not sure what to get. I told Josh my needs and he came up with the best policy for my car and renters insurance. He was easy to talk to, very responsive and patient. He explained everything to me as far as what I’m paying for and was able to make it fit my budget! Please save yourself some time, aggravation, and significant money by staying away from this agency. Their staff made an error in preparing my home insurance quote which was provided to my mortgage company. Turns out my premium is 25% higher than I was quoted and no one can do anything to change it. This error is causing a 14% increase in my mortgage payment for the next year. I dont know about you, but thats not a cost Im prepared to just absorb. Did they at least bother to contact me to let me know that the premium was significantly higher, no. Did they take ownership for the error, not until after I contacted corporate State Farm and they notified me that it was an error by the agency. Apparently they are not held to any standard of care when preparing a quote, so buyer beware.

Terrible customer service. Lied to me when I changed from another insurance company to their company. Yelled at me for a mistake they made which resulting in my homeowners insurance being cancelled. Yelled at me for not understanding something. I thought they were suppose to help customers, not treat them badly. Im still cleaning up the mess they made of my insurance even after moving to a different company.

Brent has always has my best interest in mind. Not only does he find me the best value he also comes up with options to make sure I am fully covered in all aspects of insurance and financial services.
