Clean and easy to maneuver in the shop. The staff was helpful to locate items we were looking for that were not easily located. Selection of choices in store were a bit limited but we did find one item we could not find elsewhere. So worth the stop in to see if you get lucky, just not a one stop guarantee.

I came in to get some vitamins that my neurologist suggested. I was greeted by 2 very nice employees. Zach helped me and he was awesome! Super polite, engaged, and explained many details. I’m unsure how their prices compare, I haven’t bought very many different types of vitamins. The employees were great and the store was clean.

Love that you can order online and pick up in store. They even have curbside pickup.

I came here from out of the area to get a specific product. I was greeted immediately upon entering by Justin. He was extremely engaged and helpful. He helped me find the product I was specifically looking for and also asked how my health journey was going. I felt like he was genuinely interested in me and not just trying to sell me. He also introduced me to some other products that I might be interested in. Great service! Nice selection in the store as well!

Awesome staff. They are always super helpful to assist me with a quality product. A thing I notice with them as well is they never choose the highest priced item. The staff is honest and operates with the customers best interest in mind.

There are friendly and knowledgeable persons employed to assist you in choosing your supplements. The store is clean and brightly well lit. Prices are reasonable and a substantial variety, without making you feel overwhelmed with too many choices. There is also a good variety of protein powder & workout supplements, as well as homeopathic remedies and essential oils. The one area Ithinkcould be better are the choices they stock in pre and prebiotics.

Ive been shopping in this store since moving to Bloomington from California 3 years ago. I am always impressed when I visit the store. The place is spotless. The product assortment is amazing. The Manager and his staff are well-trained, friendly, genuinely interested in their customers and knowledgeable. They provide good information and advise. You see the same faces at the store which is a testament that this must be a good place to work. I a world of very marginal retail customer service experiences Vitamin Shoppe in Bloomington is VERY refreshing.

The kombucha bar is pretty awesome. The staff is always ready to assist with filling your reusable bottle. The Shoppe has great variety and you can usually find great deals in the clearance sections. Their competitors seem to be priced higher so I know I wont be charged too much for my health supplements. Each time I go there is at least one really good looking associate. Just saying.

The Staff are always so helpful in answering my questions about products. Plus they always have insightful knowledge which makes me feel confident in my purchases!

Great experience, the man who helped me was knowledgeable about the products and gave me honest answers. He didnt immediately go to the most expensive product, but matched my needs to what would best fit my workouts. Will return in the future.
