They had great crock pot options and were very helpful while I made selections and asked about a specific item!

Living in a single home, doing prep freeze cook gave me ten meals that I turned into 5 lunches each. 50 meals for 130 bucks was a great deal. A few of the meals I did not like, but as with any new food you try some work and some dont. Overall this is a great service and a wonderful assistance to those with busy lives who insist on home cooked meals.

An incredible resource for delicious and healthful meals at an affordable price. There are lots of options to suit all kinds of diets and friendly staff to help you out if needed. These are great to have on hand for unexpected guests, friends of your kids joining for dinner or just a way to serve your family real and tasty food in a short amount of time. Im a big fan.

Highly recommend their Christmas meal deals! So much delicious food, easy cleanup, no grocery shopping, no waste, and plenty of leftovers. Some of their meals can be hit or miss but thats just life when it comes to food and individual preferences. You have to try different things to find what you like. My family enjoys most of the casseroles. They tend to actually feed 4-5 people. Definitely worth the money to avoid grocery stores and meal prepping on busy schedule days! Thanks so much Prep Freeze Cook!

I do not recommend this place at all! I am very disappointed in the quality and taste of their food for the over $200 spent on this stuff! It either comes in Ziploc bags or foil containers with no nutrition or ingredients listed. Ive tried their Apple pie which had little flavor, seeds and pieces of core, I tried their taco/Mexican burgers and they were awful! They are tiny and dont fit on any bun, except a small dinner roll and absolutely no taste at all, plus they were full of fat. I just tried the burrito casserole and that was horrible! It was in a foil baking container that was only a quarter of the container full, it was so runny and was actually like a soup with a lot of water and grease on the bottom, it had no burrito taste at all, a little onion and just loaded with chili powder and the hamburger was the worst Ive ever eaten! It was loaded with grissle, greasy and like mush!! I can only imagine what all the other stuff I bought tastes like. I am a wonderful cook and can make about anything, but I thought this may be a good idea on those days Im so busy and dont have time..I was so wrong and regret wasting money on this stuff! I dont recommend anyone to waste their money on this very poor quality and tasteless food ! Get a membership at Costco where you get exactly what you pay for!

Purchased family size Chicken Biscuit casserole. Thawed and ready to bake. $16. I think there may have been maybe one chicken breast in the entire casserole. Each serving had 2-3 very tiny bite size pieces. Peas were hard and dry. Corn was large kernels, which indicates older when picked, not young sweet kernels of good quality. What a waste of money. Sales person was very nice. Glad I tried one before purchasing 10.

This place has gone downhill. The quality used to be great but now, most things are dry and you can tell that the meat its cheap. Its edible but no longer great.

Love this place. Some of the recipes are hit or miss but it really boils down to your individual tastes. I have a friend that LOVES the Keto Cheeseburger Bacon Casserole but Im not a fan of the bacon they use and I LOVE the Thai Curry Chicken but she looked at me like I was nuts when I told her. Its convenient and when theyre good, they are very good (i.e. Mississippi Mud Roast is my familys FAVORITE). I really liked the party I attended as I was able to customize my orders as we made them and the staff is always very friendly. The walk in section is, again, hit or miss because they always have different stuff. I usually just call ahead to see if they have what I want and if not they will always take an order. 100% recommend trying a few meals before you make your final decision!
