I love seeing Alan Glatz, he is very professional, takes his time and answers all questions and has never rushed me out. He is the only provider I see that doesn’t cause me anxiety when I know I have an appointment. He is very personable and wonderful when dealing with patients. I truly think he’s a valuable part of the OSF urology team. I’ve seen one other doctor there and I wasn’t too fond of him at all, Alan is more down to earth and doesn’t look down on people. Hurries you up. Questions thoroughly why you’re there in the first place. Didn’t feel like he wanted any referrals to him. He is very honest though which is good. Easy going, but not very personable.
