Worst service they don’t even how heck in there on systems.I have an appointment at 1pm and I reached empire st location 5minutes before. As I am new to this place. Approached to front desk lady to know where to go and she told me that this not the location where I have appointment requested me to go different location. When I reached other location I came to know my appointment is no here. I have to go the same place empire st one where I have went in the first. This so ridiculous and senseless how they are helping the customer. If you they don’t know not sure why are they are in front desk. Because of this my time got wasted or my Illiness did not get treatment have to wait. I am never going to Carl or not suggesting any of my friends. Worst service I ever had in my life.

Honestly had the worst experience there recently from the phone call to set up the appointment to ending up crying leaving. The person who checked me in seemed alright but most of the staff was rude. I told them I had extreme neck pain and was making my body feel sick and extreme headache and nasal congestion. From there they seemed to wish me in and out, maybe fear of covid ? I dont really know. The nurse was rude. Took my temperature to not even look at it...? What was the point. Then the Doctor came in said it was probably a sprained neck...Ive had a lot of injurys, and Im not the doctor here....but it was definitely not a sprained neck. Usually sprains dont make you have a cough and extreme pounding headache and dizziness among other things. Anyways long story short. I ended up leaving crying because I still have no idea what is wrong with my body. Its not covid and I know its not a strain. Even last time I went there just refered me over to somewhere else. I refuse to go back to my doctor and will be switching primary. Prompt care has honestly done so much more and gone farther into whatever the problem was with out judgement and making me feel bad un like Dr. Royyuru. I guess shes kinda nice but I always feel judged in her office and never taken care of and still no idea whats wrong with me.

Dr royyuru is a joke. Literally. I have been suffering chronic back pain for about a year now. I finally couldnt take it anymore and it went to the ER. They put me on a steroid pack and muscle relaxers and told me I will most likely have to see a neurologist. I have been seeing Dr. Royyuru since January 2021. And all shes done is run tests. Today, I get a call from the nurse telling me no more muscle relaxers take 800 mg of ibuprofen when in January, and even After that, all Dr Royyuru has told me I looked like I may have something wrong with my kidneys and that I look extremely dehydrated and she wants me to take 800 mg of ibuprofen. She is a joke and she makes me feel like a drug addict because the only thing that has actually worked, (Ive tried ibuprofen, naproxen, Advil, Aleve, physical therapy, chiropractor) etc and Im not allowed anymore. Im looking for new doctors and I highly recommend you do too or dont even see this quack in the first place. Ridiculous

She is great if all you need is a 6 month checkup and monthly birth control. She doesn’t listen. She doesn’t try to help. If you actually need something from her she just tells you why she can’t help you.

Dr Royyuru is truly the most caring person I’ve ever met, I’m a new patient and she basically saved my life ( emotionally) she’s so sweet and extremely empathetic I feel like she was and is a God send, I feel very fortunate to of found this amazing Dr. and highly recommend her. The staff is top notch and very caring and very professional as well. I would give a million stars if I could. If you’re looking for a spectacular Dr and Staff look no further you won’t be sorry give them a call :)

I love Dr.Royyuru,she is a caring Dr,she is literally stern but does it from a caring place. I couldnt have been more blessed to have her. The office has always went above and beyond for me. Everyone is so nice

Love Dr. Royyuru, the office however, lacks organization. They NEVER answer the phone and you ALWAYS have to leave a message. When did this become the norm for a DR. OFFICE? Will definitely recommend Dr. Royyuru!! She is an awesome, caring doctor!

First, this review would be zero stars if I was capable of posting that. I tried to book a new patient appointment a month ago with this office. I did it through Advocates website, and after booking, I have received 4 different confirmations via phone and email. And I scheduled the appointment at least 3 weeks in advance, if not more. Today, the day before my appointment, I was called and told I was canceled because the the doctor was unavailable. Then, when I questioned why this was so last minute, I was told the doctor told the front staff she couldn’t see me because I had booked incorrectly through the online web service. These sound like conflicting stories in my mind. Either she’s out of the office for whatever reason and she can’t see me, or I was booked wrong through their website and the front staff didn’t notice and the doctor had to tell them that they made a mistake. What in the world has the front staff been doing the last month that they didn’t notice an incorrect appointment!? They day before a visit is TOO LATE TO CANCEL! And I have BCBS, so this isn’t even a case of insurance bias!I’m not sure which is more frustrating. That I had completely rearranged my work schedule to make the appointment only to have it canceled last minute OR that the front staff blamed me for using their online scheduling tool?Either way, the front office staff clearly needs to get their business together and have a major discussion focusing on customer service and schedule management. Based solely on the conversation I had with the front staff today, I would highly recommend to anyone that you take your healthcare needs elsewhere. This office does not care about patients needs at all, only saving their own skins.

Love the doctor, but have had several problems with the efficiency of the office. Dr. is caring, attentive, and knowledgeable. But, over the years, Ive had to reschedule/cancel appointments and for some reason, even though Ive called, either the office staff or the computer system fails to record my contact with them. Ive even gotten a letter regarding my not showing up for an appointment, even though I had called and cancelled it. Ill stay with the doctor, but from now on Ill call a second time to confirm my reschedule/cancellation.

Dr. Royyuru puts her emotions above her patient client relationship. She provided a false statement in my file and it took unnecessary efforts for me to have her statement removed. Great location bad Dr. and 45min wait times.

OK my name is Debra Pretty. I was a patient for Dr. Royyuru I have been going to her I been back in Bloomington. As of May my insurance is with harmony. I in Dr Royyyru office in June and no one said anything about my insurance. OK I had appointment today and the secretary was so rude and almost like she was glad that I am not Dr. Royyuru patient or maybe she was racist. I will not send anybody t to that office! Someone should have called me instead having me waste my gas coming there. I am so upset!!

First off, I must say that Ive never seen Dr. Royyuru but I saw one of her former colleagues in this office. I have had the same experience as others on this site have had -- very poor customer service: no return phone calls, even when I repeatedly specifically asked to be called. I have looked elsewhere for my Primary Care Physician without getting to experience the kindness others have spoken of with Dr. Royyuru.

Horrible... she can only make you sicker 😠

Tried to call 11 in one hr never an answer or a message system.
