Since switching insurance I’ve had a hard time finding a new doctors office that feels like home. After going to multiple facilities over the past year I’ve now found my new favorite and I’m staying here! The staff from the receptionist, to the assistant, to the doctor was a pleasurable and personable experience. The facility is clean, comfortable and in a beautiful building! Dr. Neitzel was very thorough and helped very much with the issue I was seeing her for. Hopefully I won’t be sick again soon, but at least there is comfort in knowing I can always come back to Park Nicollet in Bloomington for a good doctors office experience!

Phone lines are too busy so it hangs up. If phone calls aren’t an option anymore maybe make the online scheduling more convenient with any doctor instead of only previously seen so you can get a sooner appointment for same day or next day care needs. Can’t get ahold of anyone for my 10month olds ear infection and minute clinics require 18months of age. Will not recommend park nicollet to anyone due to the logistics of how it is ran not due to care providers (they have been great)

Shout out to Nick who was training a new technician in the lab. She was having trouble finding one of my elusive veins and he stepped in, with a Scottish accent, to save the day. Very calming bedside manner. Thanks.

It’s a great place until you disagree with your physician then it’s their way or the highway. Beware who you trust!

Very disappointed at Pediatric dept. I have written a really good review about Park Nicollet one time dealing with OBGyn & front receptionist - exceptional! However, dealing with pediatric dept specifically one NP Debra Hildenbrand at two different occasions, I realized it wasnt that she was having a bad day. She is just that kind of person whos impatient with kids and/or my child or would make you & your child feel like an inconvenience. On top of that, one medical assistant drawn blood from my baby & chose to let go of his finger to let blood drip all over & even in the floor because she was overly concerned about blood getting on her gloves. They shouldnt be working in this field. We will not be working with any of those medical personnel.

Wonderful location with very kind staff and doctors. EXCEPT for vision care. Obgyn, Peds doctors, family practice, front desks are all exceptional. Unfortunately, vision/eye care staff needs to be better trained and staffed. Appointments are always late, longer than normal appointments because of waiting in rooms and if you need an interpreter, they are never prepared. Again, wonderful location with the exceptuon of vision care.

Easy parking, very friendly, and didnt have to wait very long for a routine appointment! I also felt like my doctor was really looking out for me. Glad I found a new primary care physician that I can trust.

Always consistent and great. The receptionists are engaging and greet you every time, always helpful. The nurses are kind, fast and thorough. Dr. Nathan Luscri is fantastic. He spends a lot of time with his patients actively listening, is kind and follows up when he says he will. Always have had service beyond expectation.

Parking is easy, very friendly, helpful staff who seem to enjoy their jobs. Easy to get appts.

I see Ann in the urology department. Shes great. Always listens to what I have to say and seems dedicated to finding solutions. I always feel reassured that I will be well taken care of.

Went in because of an irritated eye. They charged me $230 for a 15 minute appointment and no conclusive information. Dont go without checking prices.

This place is great. Kind and helpful staff. First physician that I have ever trusted in my life. Spent 7 years of my life in healthcare so I am picky.

I get the most wonderful care here. My doctor is Amazing, and her nurse is just as awesome.

Their OB Department is great. I love my doctor, Dr. OHalloran, but have heard great things about the other doctors too. In their front office, a couple of their other doctors have won awards and been featured in magazines.

I called before I go in, they said I could do a walk in .. my 11months old son was 101.5 temp... This happen around 1:30pm 11/12/19 really Disappointed!!! I have to drive to Burnsville allina urgent care ... and my wife had a miscarriage they clean it like 4 time now, and now a few months passed by, and recently she bleeding again they said they might need to clean it again ... it really painful for her I don’t get this ...

Have been w Dr. Yang for 9yrs, would never even think of going anywhere else. The nurses, lab techs, receptionist etc... are phenomenal! Very friendly place, and my doctor listens to me!!!

Unwilling to offer any financial assistance to an uninsured patient. Payment plan but financial assistance. No! Do not use them if you do not have insurance. Other providers discounted anywhere from 20 to 44%

Beware!I waited in the waiting room 15 minutes, then saw a nurse then waited 30 minutes for the doctor with no contact from any staff (the nurse right outside the door was too busy with her phone and Facebook rather than me). When I asked for some money off, they first sent me to collections then finally told me no.

If I could give this negative stars I would. Dr. Amanda Christ is the worst doctor I have ever seen. She dismissed my wife who crying asked for a strep test saying, its not strep. My wife again crying asking for antibiotics (because imagine a patient knowing their own body and what is not a normal cold) saying,absolutely not. Well today my wife tested positive for strep. This condescending know it all ass of a dr wasted our time, our money ( since our health insurance is not good), an extra day of work and now me and my kids getting sick to boot.She and this clinic are jokes. Find a different one.

Great Courteous Service, no long wait times for Urgent Care

It was a stressful time and the first person I talked to was rude and demeaning. Thank goodness the rest of the staff were kind, considerate and efficient.

Agree with the other review, theyre just in it for the money. I had a really horrible infection and they tried to drag out my care by giving me mediocre antibiotics that barely did a thing and then when I called in to see if I could get something better the nurse was so mean and so rude to me and they basically said they wouldnt prescribe me any more antibiotics unless I came in. Its a money making scheme. Why come in? You already know what you know and just need to prescribe me something stronger. Its that extra money from the clinic visit theyre looking for. The nurse was so rude and laughed at me, when hanging up she made kissy noises and then said byyyyyyee in such a way that I literally thought I was going to have a heart attack from the disgust I felt. I called it in to their Public Relations and nothing was done that I know of. In fact that same nurse called me back the following week but I was so disgusted with them by that time that I made an appointment in St. Louis Park. This is just so upsetting because Ive been going to that place since I moved to Bloomington, through my pregnancy, now my daughter is going there. My husband has been going there his entire life, as his parents and sisters and cousins. Needless to say I will be sharing this experience with our family and friends, we will not go somewhere that the staff acts like teenagers, nurses raising their voices at me while others giggle in the background and then hang up on me like were in high school. Maybe they all need to re-read the Hippocratic oath and Florence Nightingale oaths. Just APPALLED, and the administration didnt even care! The only way I would ever return to this place is if I received an apology and they did something about the care they give out. I thought you were supposed to try and administer preventative care, not hold off and hold off until the person is practically dying?

Very bad service. I walked in with minor burn on my arm and they told me they cant help because they are not an emergency or urgent care. I walked with the same pain. The only thing they did right was refunding my co-pay.Worstexperience ever.

When I arrived the receptionist was rude, the NP suggested medicine and didnt prescribe it to me, I had to remind her about things because she was in a hurry, in the end I left with unanswered questions that I did present she just forgot to follow through and assistants werent very helpful.
