The worst. I went in for a Jones tube irrigation and he missed it completely and ended up shooting saline into my eye tissue. Was arrogant and dismissive when I said I thought there was a problem.

Waited 6 weeks or longer to get an introduction appt. He appeared rushed, uninterested in anything I said, in fact it irritated him when I questioned him. Over the top arrogant, now I understand his ratings.
