Didnt personally speak with someone by phone but spoke with someone over text. I explained my situation and he said he would call me in an hour he never did. Luckily I finally fixed the problem myself. So I texted whoever and said this and he said glad he could help? Witch he didnt help or give Any advice whatsoever until after I had fixed my problem myself. Not satisfied. Hope somebody else has a better experience good luck.

The guys at Atomic Electric did a beautiful job installing my 10kW system. They were very accommodating and completed my project in record time! They provided and continue to provide a very high level of support and are always available to answer questions. Wes did an amazing job, upfront, laying out options at different price points and ultimately helped design a system that was perfect for our location and budget. He was there every step of the way and I never felt pressured. I am confident he will be around when I want to add more panels and expand my system. Fantastic service, super friendly, and very professional. This company definitely knows how to solve problems. I Have used them for both electric and solar and will definitely use again. I particularly like that they have a master electrician with over 10 years experience to handle the solar (unlike some companies in town). Highly recommend - they are a small company and book up fast so schedule early!

This company rewired my entire house. They did a wonderful job. The employees are knowledgeable and friendly. They have come out to help with maintenance after the fact several times as well and always been friendly and helpful. They also do awesome solar work. Highly recommended.

Well I heard they were good so I called and left messages and tried really hard to get an appointment. But they are too busy to get back to folks, so like most legends its just a story until proven otherwise.

We changed out all of our electrical outlets and had several fans and light fixtures installed by Atomic Electric. As most jobs go there were changes that required Atomic Electric to be flexible, which they met with a smile on their faces. This is a very service oriented organization that is willing to explain their work to you and is very upfront with the progress of your job. Highly recommend and will use again.

Weve called on atomic electric for five separate home projects now. Each and every time weve been met with quick, efficient service...with a smile. The work these guys have done for us has been done well and looks wonderful. Their work at our home has included: TV wall mounts and electrical hook-up (no visible cords!), installation of track lighting, installation of recessed lighting, exterior outlet installation, general switch/outlet/breaker maintenance. They can do it all.I highly, highly recommend atomic electric!

My husband has worked with Atomic Electric for several years and thinks they are very safe and efficient. We recently built our first house together and Atomic did all the electrical work. They were amazing! Very informative and spent lots of time, giving us guidance and making sure the outcome was what we wanted. We have two boys and Atomic was their favorite contractor during the build. Our cabinet maker didnt measure our cabinets correctly and instead of us having to spend a ton of money re-designing the cabinets, Atomic came out and moved some lights for us so they would fit and it looks great! They have since done work for my parents and we will continue to use them for our electrical needs going forward. I highly recommend this company!

Ive called Wes twice now. Hes totally nice, personable, and deeply knowledgeable. He obviously takes pride in quality workmanship, which is a relief. He helped me find a wiring solution to an addition that was appropriate for my budget and needs, and even took a few minutes to give me some tips for a wiring project I would do myself in a month or so down the road. I would never call anyone else in the future!

I had a burnt out electrical box behind my dishwasher. I called at noon and they came out by 4pm. They were great! Looked at the problem, explained it thoroughly and how they were going to fix it, and fixed it fast. While he was working I mentioned a problem I was having with my outside outlets and could they come back out. They took the time right then to look at the issue, check the panel and even traced the wire thru the attic to find out my outlets were connected to a light switch that I thought did nothing! Boy did I feel stupid! But they were very helpful and explained that was not a normal setup. They helped move stuff out of the way to get to the attic door, cleaned up everything, were really nice, professional and super easy to work with. I would recommend then in a heartbeat if you need electrical help. Ill definitely be calling them again if I need anything!!! Great job!!!

I usually try to fix any electrical issues myself, but when my main breaker went out and I didnt have the option of shutting off the power going to it for safety, I figured I better call the pros. He was there only a couple hours after I called and had the power in the house back on that evening. Good work, quick service.

Woke up around 4 in the morning to go to work only to find out that I was having electrical issues. I called Atomic and left a voicemail. I received a call back when they opened and Wes came out to look things over. Very friendly and professional and easily explained what the problem was. I will gladly call Atomic Electric in the future.

We moved into a new house and found out the 220 didnt work and we couldnt hook up our clothes dryer. I called several electricians around town, expecting to be told nobody could get to it until the following week (several told me that) or that it would be costly to fix (one said hed do it only if my husband did the crawlspace work himself). Atomic came out the very next day, jumped right up into the crawl space, and ran new wiring. They worked quickly, but took the time to do things neatly and safely. Wes even took a look at a few other minor things that didnt appear to be working while he was out. These guys are fast, friendly, and professional, and (the icing on the cake) they are the least expensive electricians I found. I will definitely use them again!

I have used Atomic Electric several times for both general electrical issues in an older Bloomington home and in a total emergency situation (several feet of standing water in my basement) during a holiday. They have gone out of their way to respond promptly and complete work in a timely fashion for a reasonable price. I would highly recommend them.

Initial contact was professional and eager to respond to our problem. However, never heard back after initial contact despite repeated emails and calls. It has been almost two weeks and still nothing. Have contacted another and had issued resolved within 24 hours.

Wes and his crew did the electrical work at my project, the Downtown Bloomington Recycling Center. By working closely with Solar Systems of Indiana, Atomic Electric was able to get my solar electric system running flawlessly, and we now have a model of renewable energy in the heart of Downtown Bloomington. They came out right away for multiple emergency situations in very different houses. Each time they found the right solution for the project that was professional and cost effective.

Two friendly guys came out to the house. They squeezed in an appointment for is on a Friday afternoon so we didn’t have to go all weekend with our issues.

Called to come out and look over upgrading outside disconnect. They were on time and looked over everything. Took down my email and said they send me an estimate. I have never received the estimate nor will they return my calls to see where the estimate is. Called numerous times and no one returns any calls.

The electrician who was sent out to the job, Zack, was both rude and totally incompetent. Do not enlist this companys services.
