Very responsive when I called to have a couple fans replaced. They replaced all of them for far less than the competition! I have recommended them to several friends based on quality work performed.

Heartland electric billed us for 8 man hours at $90 per for a job they were onsite for 2 hours. They explained the other was for paperwork and time gathering tools and supplies. They installed 1 outlet. Complete rip off. DO NOT USE! Highly recommend looking elsewhere.

These guys are the best of the best! We had a large barn built on our property, and needed all new electrical service run from the house. They handled everything to get us up and running, including using energy saving LED lighting throughout. They also were able to accommodate my request of running all the electrical wiring in conduit. It looks clean and professional, and was done in a very timely manner. We have also used them for multiple small projects throughout our home and rental property. Definitely recommend!

Home warranty company selected them to handle a claim. Heartland never called me; I had to call them a few times over a few days, although I did manage to speak to someone each time. Finally they said they had the warranty companys paperwork and we scheduled an appointment days later. I scheduled time off work for the appointment. Nobody showed. Nobody called. No one answered the phone when I called (repeatedly). Nobody answered the phone when the home warranty company called (repeatedly). Seems to be a clear pattern over the last few months from reviews here and elsewhere.

I had Heartland Electric contracted to do various electric work in my home over a year ago. To this date one project is still not completed in a working manner. It feels like we have been completely ghosted by Heartland, calls are not being returned and it seems as though they are unwilling to complete the work we paid for a year ago. More than once we have scheduled for the issue to be repaired, taken time off work to accommodate the electricians schedule, only for them not to show. Extremely disappointed given the amount we paid for this work. Due to these poor business practices, I would not recommend using Heartland Electric.

I contact Heartland Electric monthly trying to get them to repair work that has never been functional. It consistently takes weeks to get a response, and when I finally get one Im told they are booked and arent sure when they will get around to it. Extremely frustrating when all I want are items Ive already paid for to be functional. I would recommend taking your business elsewhere.

My Home Warranty company assigned a claim to Heartland Electric for an electrical outlet not working in my new home. I havent been able to get them to return my messages. I have been trying for 5 days to get a hold of someone; phone and e-mail. At this point, my review is for poor communication or no communication at this point. Im not sure about the electrical work because I havent been able to get that far yet. Not sure why Im not getting a call back. Im requesting my Home Warranty company to reassign my claim to another company who will call me back to schedule an appointment.

Heartland Electric is the best in town! We had a challenging build-out schedule getting the Orangetheory Fitness Studio in town built in a very short time frame. The crew went out of their way to fit us in their busy schedule, informed us of options that would save us time and money in the future, and completed tasks that were not part of their initial bid without hesitation weeks after we were open! Highly recommend Will, Heidi, Mike and the rest of the team!!

Had an issue with a hot tub installers electrician who became unresponsive the day of delivery. (Knew we shouldnt have left it to them). Called Heartland and they sent out the nicest fella who did an absolute pro job running the 220 and gfci. the result is clean, safe, high and tight and he connected power to the tub two minutes after it was filled. Unbeatable, Personable and and a top notch job. very high recommend and this was 10/2021 where gfci boxes and all parts etc. are very hard to come by and they had everything on hand. This would have been a very disappointing day without them for sure.
