I have moved from M.D. to M.D. till I found Dr Haycraft. She is the most understanding, culturally exposed, and thorough doctor I have seen. She has been treating people from exotic countries around the world. She is very experienced, very kid-friendly, full of energy, and fun. She corrected the wrong medical record that I received from my old doctors and got it straight. I use online app and I get response and get what I want timely. I saw others review and I am concerned. Servicing is what the patient should expect from the clinic admin and staff nurse, not the doctor. Good doctor cannot be found often; lets be fair.

I have been a patient of Dr. Laurel Haycraft for several years, however, the last few times Ive seen her, it is clear she no longer cares about the quality of care she provides. She sent me a letter with the results of a test and the letter she signed provided inconsistent information between the diagnosis and the actual metrics from the test. This resulted in in congruent/inconsistent information and after further inquiry with the nursing staff, and another doctor in the same clinic, I was told that the letter contained a completely incorrect diagnosis. In addition, Dr. Haycraft refused to return any calls to patients stating no doctor has time to call patients. I will find a new doctor...
