He is so polite, professional and easy to talk too. I would recommend him to everyone. He has great bedside manner. Amazing person and provider.

Dr Carmichael and his tech Bob were very skilled and put me at ease. I had an NCS and EMG test for carpal tunnel syndrome. The internet had me thinking this would be incredibly painful. It was not bad at all.

Hes kind, caring, and actually listens to you. He addresses you concerns as quickly as possible. I will recommend anyone to him.

Unfortunately, I can not rave about the fabulous experience that others seemed to have had with Dr. Carmicheal --> my experience added up to*(2) UNsuccessful, separate, injection procedures for back= L4-5 discomfort*twilight sedation that was more like NO sedation OUCH!!! (he wanted to make sure he hit the right spot!!)HOWEVER .. the most outrageous part of my entire experience with Carmicheal and his office1. (first) post-op office visit turned into a waiting marathon (2 1/2 hrs) .. and doc was a NO show .. I was left sitting in the exam room shocked to realize that office staff left for the day - leaving me behind!!! thankfully the front desk receptionist had not left yet and unlocked the front door for me .. I never received an apology or oops from them2. (second) post-op visit for the second procedure didnt go much smoother .. when asked why I still had extreme discomfort --> after reviewing my chart, Carmicheal had a difficult time explaining the unsuccessful procedure resultsThis ridiculous experience was several years ago... and now fortunately treated by medical professionals that have a clue :)
