Wonderful experience! From reception to technician to doctor they were ALL fantastic. They are a prime example how medicine should be practice. So impressed that they didnt just consult and have me return for another appointment, I got all my derm needs addressed in one appointment! Highly recommend anyone searching for a dermatologist.

I was a patient at Associates and Dermatology and saw Dr Fever a few different times. I have to say, my experience was unpleasant. I had a very uncomfortable rash under my eye and when I went in, Dr fever seemed annoyed and almost bothered that I was there. She hardly glanced at my skin and sent me on my way as quickly as she could.I also went back for a mole check with her and my experience was the same. Her bedside manner needs much improvement to say the least. I am not one to complain, however I have heard serval other patients that have seen her and they have all agreed that their experience was the same.After numerous poor encounters with Dr. Fever, I decided to go to a different dermatologist in town. This dermatologist took the time to explain to me what was going on with my skin and described in detail what it was and how to make it better. He was kind, patient and understanding.Again, I am not one to complain, however I truly feel that being a doctor should also come with compassion and attention to detail which is something Dr. Fever lacks. I would not recommend.

I have never been to a dermatologist before, but knowing the history of skin issues in my family I finally decided to make an appointment. After my husband had an experience with a different local office (OSF) that was a waste of money, I chose to try this office instead.Dr Fever saw me and I appreciated how kind she was. She explained the entire visit to me and took her time with going over my skin. At the end of the visit she asked if I had any questions, I asked about my facial acne and she offered an over the counter ointment. I’ve been using it for over a month now and I have been without nasty breakouts since using it. Dr Fever was very kind, professional, knowledgeable in dermatology and I will definitely return to see her in the future! I recommend this office to my friends and family!

Dr. Fever barely took the time to look at me each visit. My hands and feet were bright red and burning and my skin was so irritated that it felt like razor blades were slowly picking away at my skin. Anything my skin touched, it got irritated.She insisted it was eczema and to just keep moisturizing. Then they didn’t want to see me anymore.I’ve been diagnosed with Erythromelalgia (a rare skin pain disorder caused by vascular abnormalities and blood vessel dysfunction) by Soderstrom Skin Institute after a biopsy (which Dr. Fever didn’t even take the time of day to even suggest or do when I was in my early stages looking for answers.)They wasted so much of my time and money.Maybe there’s other doctors who actually care and take the time to understand their patients but I highly recommend staying away from Dr. Fever.

EVERYONE was extremely nice.I was handled swiftly and with care. Highly recommended.

Erin S Redd, NP, is friendly and down to Earth. She helped me figure out that my skin issue was related to stress. I had been to two other doctors who had misdiagnosed me. She was extremely knowledgeable and I will be back. Thanks again Erin!

When I made the appointment they didnt tell me the office was in a building with other businesses. They place was hard to find. By the its upstairs to the left. When I got to the room, they didnt offer me a gown but instead I had to lift my dress to show them my mole. I had to lift my dress 3 times and completely take off the dress. I felt even when the dr came in he didnt know what to do about how to see mole under my dress. That part seemed very unprofessional. The procedure to remove my mole went very well though.

All of the doctors and staff are outstanding!
