It has been 8 years since my lower back surgery performed by Dr. Seibly. I couldnt have asked for a better outcome that changed my life for sure.

Terrible billing practices. Unresponsive and very unethical! Was sent to collections for a bill that they failed to apply the insurance adjustment. Took 6 months 3 calls a week, then sent to collections. Last week 8 months later a bill for the same visit, which I paid in December. So, yes that’s right a second bill, same visit that I was sent to collections for in December, which I paid in full and now they have removed my payment and it shows I still owe on the original bill! This week I received another bill, from 8 months ago. This visit and EOB reflected last years “out of pocket” but because they can’t get their billing straight now it’s my responsibility to pay it in a different year when new out of pocket deductibles need to be met! I will not be returning simply because of the office staff and billing. Terrible!

Look No further! Ann Stroink is the best. She is a genius in her field, having done two spinal surgeries on me, she does an excellent job. I would not want anyone else to operate on my neck or spine!

Terrible bed side manor... Wouldnt listen to my problem.... the whole experience was awful !!!! Wouldnt recommend them to anyone !!!!

March 2019 was my second visit with Dr Seibly. My first visit was in 2017 when he advised against having surgery for my cervical herniated discs. Yesterday he said my situation has worsened and advised that I go ahead and have the surgery. I liked a lot about him and his office. He is personable with a sense of humor; Honest. Approachable for additional questions. I havent had surgery yet but I would definitely visit him for your consultation. His entire office staff is great also.

Checking in was quick and the waiting time was not long. The doctors care and listen to your problems. I am finally happy that Central Illinois Neuro Health Sciences was able to help me with my back pain. I have been to numerous doctors with no luck until I came here. I had a microdiscectomy. Immediately after coming out of the anesthetic I had no more pain. Excellent experience after hurting prior. Very personable and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Dr. Nardone!! And if you need physical therapy, go see Tim and Katie. They not only are professional but really nice! They didnt just work me out but actually taught me what the stretches were for so I could maintain after I finished seeing them.

Love how friendly the office staff is. Dr Seibley is the best!!!!! His nursing staff is also superb! I would never go anywhere else for treatment.

I saw Dr Sibley. Very courteous staff and was promptly saw by the doctor at my appointment time. He was very helping in ensuring i understood everything i needed to know.

Excellent! Everyone was VERY nice and extremely helpful. This included the staff who called to set up my appointments and my testing, those who assisted me when I checked in, the nurses, the residents and of course Dr. Nardone. I am grateful that my orthopedist referred me to this office.

Office staff is kind and caring to all. I put my life in Dr Nardone’s hands twice..what a wonderful Surgeon!! After a 5.5 hour Spinal Fusion a year ago, I am 100% and have my life back❤️ So grateful to this fanastic surgeon with a wonderful bed side caring manner!!!

I had severly pinched nerves making it painful to walk or even stand for any length of time. My condition required fusing 2 vertebra and building up a deteriorated disk between them. This was completed In January, 2019 and it has been highly successful to this point. The leg pain was gone immediately and I am now able to complete normal tasks that do not require lifting more than 5 pounds. For me this will go up to 20 pounds three months after surgery and 40 pounds six months after surgery. With some help lifting I can live live with these restrictions. It beats dealing with leg pain.Thank you Dr. Nardone.

Dr. Siebly and his staff have made me feel like I was their only patient and answered all of my questions, no matter how small.

Dr Seiby is the best!!! I have been in pain for years. 2 weeks after surgery I stopped all pain meds. Its wonderful to be functional in my life!!! The office staff is also very kind!!

From my greeting at reception to my saying goodbye, any fears & anxiety were dispelled. The staff was friendly & respectful, Kim the MOA was warm & welcoming, & the resident Dr. Finnernan was efficient & knowlegeable. But the breath of fresh air was Dr. Seibly! He was professional, friendly, relatable, & respectful. I was worried he would be a doc that goes right to surgery, but. It at all. He is very open & encouraging of options & alternatives. I highly recommend Dr. S and his team!!!
