I was a little apprehensive when I first went into the office to inquire about dentures. I do not have any at this time. I had been to several dentists but did not receive the information and help that I was given here. The others meant well. But all my questions were answered. And now I am on the journey of getting my plate and partial. Great staff and doctor. Have already referred some friends.

Extremely friendly atmosphere from the minute you arrive until the minute you leave.

Enjoyed my visit. Dr. Parker and the Dental Technician who supported me were courteous, competent and professional. I plan to visit again.Recommendation: I would like Dr. Parker to consider a military discount for service provided to our US Veterens.

I scheduled an appointment with Gentle Dentist online on May 1. I received both an email and a text confirming the appointment. On May 24, I received a text message stating that my appointment had been canceled as they are no longer accepting new patients. It should not take almost a month to notify potential patients that you are canceling their appointment after confirming. I could’ve spent that time finding a dentist who can actually see me.

Absolutely adore all the staff. They do a great job and are always extremely caring and friendly.Angry that I it took 4 phone calls to get an appointment. They didnt tell me it was for a 5 minute appointment to tell me what I already knew. Charged $84 and had to schedule a real appointment in a month to get a chipped tooth repaired and a filling replaced but their sign says open for emergency repairs.`

Very friendly, Velma was super sweet. I got in as soon as I called, all the staff was so nice I absolutely recommend anyone to them!! Everyone explained anything I wanted to know, the dentist set down and talked to me about everything!! All around i give 100% also very clean!!

Ive been going here for years, and finally I will post a review.There have been many Dr.s here before Dr. Parker, but out of each one in my Dr. Parker is the best!(hopefully he sticks around) He is very knowledgeable, listens to your concerns, upbeat, and very gentle getting things done right!The staff is great also! Wilma the receptionist is awesome, she does her job very well and she always comes through for me, I’ve known her for years now after coming here and almost feel like she’s family:)Dental assistant, and hygienist Norma, and Morgan are great, they are so sweet and also great at their jobs! As long as this 4 stick around, I’ll will stay a patient :)

I confirm my appointment through text like it said took time off work without pay waited three and a half weeks for this appointment and because I did not call them and their little computer didnt turn green that I confirmed it they gave my appointment away bad customer service

Dr. Parker did a great job with my 4 year old daughter today! Everyone was very friendly and inviting from the front office girls to Norma doing her fillings and Morgan doing her cleaning! My daughter did much better here than at a pediatric office by far! Highly recommend them!!!

This is my first ever review, but this place deserves it! Everyone was incredible from the ladies at the front to the hygienist to the dentist. They all made me feel super comfortable and talked to me like they’ve known me for years. They explained everything thoroughly and my bill after insurance was $2000 LESS than what another dentist quoted me for less work. They really took care of me from the moment I walked in the door until I left. Highly recommend!

My sons first experience was to be told he needed his wisdom teeth out after being seen for a cavity. They told us to come in by five PM to pick his script up for the next day and sign paperwork. The meds were to be taken the night before as part of his procedure we get there at 20 till give to find that they have gone home for the day we do t live in elletsville so it is a little drive . After being g on the phone in the parking lot for over an hour they try and tell us he can just take the medication in the morning before the procedure 4 pills that were supposed to taken over a twenty four hour period. Well we reschedule because that freaks him out he is worried about it not taking effect like he was told it would so we reschedule. So he has to live in pain a whole month more as punish for canceling because they decided to go home early. Then they do the procedure Friday give him 16 pills for the weekend they cut four wisdom. Teeth out of his head and today rinse out of medicine he is trying to eat soup and its bothering him so bad he cannot eat so we call the doctor to ask for help and they say they cant give him. Anything more for pain and dont even ask to see him. I just want ever6to know that this is the treatment you get after they RIP four of your wisdom teeth out of your head you might wanna go somewhere else. A mother that feels her sons pain

Truly felt cared for! First visit with a dental emergency unfortunately! They were truly wonderful from the desk assistant, Wilma, did everything she could to get me in! Thank you!!The dental assistant Angel, was a ROCK STAR! She listened to me explain my horrible pain and also how anxious I get at the dentist due to an awful childhood dentist! She informed the dentist of my concerns and conditions before he came in so it was a smooth treatment which helped my anxiousness! The dentist, Dr Parker was excellent! From letting me make a decision best for me for treatment, very skilled in the injections and worked quickly and with perfection! I received complete and very comprehensive care with kindness and professionalism! Thank you for your calls to check on me post opp and going out of your way to show me you cared!

I noticed that all of the hygienists cleaned absolutely everything after each time that they saw a patient - very thoroughly. Dr treated me terribly. He lectured me like I am a stupid person. Even the lady who took my ex-rays apologized for him. I plan on going to another dentist as soon as I can get my tooth removed. I couldnt afford a dentist before. Now that I can, I get treated badly. I am in pain & he offered nothing but a lecture on how bad I am. Practice needs to get rid of that Dr. This is not sent from Leonard strom. It is written by d Smith. I went here a few months ago with a badly broken tooth, best experience Ive had with a dentist, my tooth feels good as new, Ive had no issues and it looks like I never even broke it.
