These people are a joke. Pathetic business that has no responsibility. As far as the receptionist. Shes a joke. Never around to answer calls and absolutely does not call you back. The new owner should be ashamed to run such a pathetic business when they cant care for the clients they had before. I would not recommend anyone to go there. They need to close the doors for good. I have to add now that here we are again..the day before my mothers fifth rescheduled extraction. And her surgeon office just called to tell her that affordable dentures messed up her prior authorization. So here we go again. Rescheduling for a SIXTH time. This place is a joke!If I could give this place negative stars I would. My mother is using affordable dentures. Do NOT GET YOUR DENTURES HERE!! Her problems with this place have been happening from the very beginning. The office staff there claim that they cannot call her phone number. No other place or person has a problem with this, as my mother has quite a few doctors that communicate with her regularly using her phone number. They absolutely do not answer their phones when she calls them or return any kind of messages. She has even sent emails to this office, trying to get her dentures!! She has had to reschedule her extraction FIVE times because of this horribly ran business! The first 4 were because they had either messed up or broke her impressions. And instead of communicating with her or her surgeons office they waited until she drove an hour to pick them up the day of her scheduled extraction to tell her they did not have her dentures!! Not once..not twice..but FOUR TIMES. Today she had to reschedule for a FIFTH time!! Because we came all the way here on the day of her extraction and this place is CLOSED! With a sign on the door saying theyll be on the thirteenth and today is the 12th. Absolutely horribly unprofessional place. She has called them twice this week to ensure they have her dentures. With all the previous problems she wanted to be sure she wasnt making the trip for nothing. Not only did they not answer or return her messages but theyre closed when we get here. This office needs to get it together!!!!

My mother-in-law needed dentures. They took time to explain what was needed as well as multiple options. Aditionally, they explained their pricing options. All in a way that someone with dementia could understand. They made sure she was happy with her decision and that her family understood the process. We highly recommend their Bloomington, IN location!

This place is very very disrespectful to their customers. I had an appointment date and I called them to let them know I had a family emergency and they said you dont have an appointment for that date. Come to find out it happened to the neighbor lady too. I also had to pay 1600.00 dollars for dentures that I havent seen. I could understand paying half of it but not the full amount till I got my dentures and made sure they fit and looked like. I seen the dentist a whole 2 minutes and then the assistant took over. I dont have my dentures yet, but I pray 🙏 to God that everything turns out well. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. The staff is very very rude. I would say more but Im afraid they wont make my dentures. One staff member told me to go somewhere else to get my dentures ( That was really professional wasnt it ). Affordable denture in bloomington Indiana is the worse ran place Ive every been too.Every appointment Ive had has never been NOT on time or even close, to be honest they are all at least 1hr after my appointment time. All they can say is their short staffed. Why not schedule better.They said I can stop by for a soft liner as my gum shrink, not the case. I wouldnt recommend this place to an enemy.The only good thing is the assistance, friendly, knowledgeable.The doctor talk real soft were you cant hear him. Doesnt enter act with patience.I give 1 star because of the assistance other wise I give negative stars. Unhappy so far, still 1 appointment to go maybe itll be better then🤞🏼

If it was possible to rate this business with zero stars I most definitely would. They have filed claims with medicaid on my behalf for services that they have yet to render.It took five attempts for them to even get my bottom impression correct and the day I went to pick my dentures up I found a sign on the door stating they were closed sorry for any inconveniences.They never communicate and they refuse to answer their phones or any voicemails I have left.During a period of 45 minutes in their parking lot making phone calls, I met four other patients who was just as surprised as I was upon finding a sign on the door. They also voiced their concerns with not being able to reach anyone. One young woman had been waiting 6monthes to get her dentures which had already been paid for.

Seemed to be a professional dental team whom were courteous while attending to patient needs in a very hectic environment. My personal issue took just a few minutes. My attending team member was polite and to the point. She knew the answers. A great practice to have some work done..👍👍

My mother made an appointment for Friday July 23rd. When she made the appointment she had the phone on speaker in my home because she is hearing impared. She made sure they took her insurance and they said they did, and her appointment was made for 10 am and they told her to be there at 945 am to do paperwork. When she showed up to the Bloomington office Friday at 945am they told her first she didnt have an appointment, then said her appointment was at 8 am, then they said they didnt take her insurance and all would be out of pocket. She lives in Valeene, 1 hour each way. I heard all the details of the call. You guys were wrong. Do better.

Impossible to make an appointment. Cannot get through to the actual office! We purchased a set of dentures over 4 months ago and still do not have his dentures! They cannot make them right and it takes forever for them to be made. This place should not even be in business since they are unable to service the customers. Spend a little more money and go someplace else. We may still end up just asking for our money back. Here it is July 27 and we purchased them on March 19. Very poor service.

The worst experience I possibly could have. Had 3 teeth pulled and after he crushed the first one and I choked on part of it, he offered to stop!!! Like I’m supposed to leave after he crushes my tooth!! WTH

Affordable rentals was kind enough to repair my broken teeth free of charge today, after my wife and I explained that it took several adjustments and a repair last August just to get them to fit, which was only 9 months. Portable dentures in Bloomington Indiana is the very best place to go for any denture work or teeth work the dentist and the nurses and the secretaries are very very wonderful and loving and they will do all they can to make you happy was a beautiful smile they worked with me yesterday and it was just outstanding how much they really care for their patients they done an excellent job on me yesterday so I cannot complain and say a bad thing about portable dentures

I went to the Bloomington office today, had an appointment for 9:15am, I drove over an hour to get there, to be told, I did not have an appointment, that if I made the appt. thru the 800 # they did not let them know of my appt. they told 3 different people the same thing while I was there, so Call the Bloomington Office not the 800 # to get an appt. I will say they did fit me in anyway, others left when they heard the women tell them they did not take Insurance because they were sick of Insurance Companies not paying them.Then there was a note up front saying they were short of help and wait time would/could be up to 2 or 3 hours. My wait time was only 20 mins.They were all nice, but seemed rushed. I got a free consult, and the price was higher than I expected, but still lower for implants than others are and they do it all there, implants, abutments, and crowns. But still 2 teeth of implants by the time I pay Xrays, and other add ons the bill is nearly $6,000.00 and that is with no bone grafts needed. I am still trying to decide. Wish I could find more info. or reviews for this dentist Alexander Einbinder, DDS, but when I Google him I find nothing on him, not even his age or his schooling, or years exp. bummer... he seemed nice but no back ground makes me nervous..

My husband was at this facility to have a tooth pulled. He was very nervous as he (along with a lot of other people) does not like going to the dentist. He was very pleased with his experience at Affordable Dentures. Everyone was friendly and professional. He was comfortable during the procedure and the doctor did a great job. My husband said he felt the shots, but there was no paid during the extraction.

Everyone there was extremely nice and great. Would definitely recommend them.

My first visit, fast, thorough and with xrays I was handed a dental plan that explained the costs for work I wanted, the amounts itemized and offered to start the procedure that day. The only down side is I will have to bill my insurance directly as they dont bill Aetna or Medicare. All the services provided were great.

A little misinformed with their pricing. They send out a postcard with an amazing price. Then when they get you in the chair the *sale* they are offering is of course never mentioned. I went in there for the offer that was stated for $550 and left with a $5,000 estimate.

This place is truly wonderful. The staff were very informative. They made it seem like they really care for you. The price is better then any where else in town. The dentures are wreath quality. This place deserves a 5 star rating. If you need work done this is the best place to go.

I have had 2 sets of dentures and have never had any problems with them.I went to affordable dentures and got my new set and they hurt my gums very bad, and this is after i went in to have them fixed.Now Im out a lot of money and can not use the dentures.

The service was great.The receptionist, however, was rude. When I told her she overbilled—she replied this is what the insurance said—I asked her to run the insurance again because I had just talked to them the day before and she was charging me about $400 too much. She refusedAlso she would not accept the coupon I had “because I used insurance”. I ended up paying $500 more than I should have If the receptionist would have reran my insurance

My experience with affordable dentures has been quite good considering what the doctor has had to put up with . My teeth have not been nice to him neither have my gums. But thru it all my doctor kept his cool he is a very kind gentle dentist. I highly recommend Dr eidenbeinder across the street from Walmart in bloomington Indiana .his staff is also very caring and will trained in their profession thanks to.you all

ASK FOR THE LONG HAIRED BOY!!If you are going here ask for the long haired boy. The woman at the front isnt very good at her job and is too short when she talks to you. The black haired girl is rude and talks over you and wont listen to a word you say. I never seen the doctor until I had too many problems. Every time Ive been there he doesnt show up until 10am and stays in his office until his assistance ask him to come out and even then he talks so much, talks over you, rants about stupid things that dont matter, and doesnt listen that its a waist of time. He gives you the run-a-round and has no clue whats going on.The rest of the staff is very unprofessional and rude. The black haired lady is good at her job but just very rude sometimes. The blonde boy is going but knows what hes doing. Hes very officiant and professional and makes people feel comfortable while being there. The three stars is mostly because of him.

The young man I forget names but he did my fittings for my new teeth he was amazing he did an excellent job. I was able to wear them with no issues I have been eating with them no problems perfect fit. I am so happy thank you very much.

They are the best place to get partial and dentures that I have found. They make your partials right there and they have them ready for you to pick up that afternoon. I have checked with other places to get a new partial made and they would have to send them off and would be about 3 - 5 days before I could get my partial back. But with Affordable Dentures you can get them the same day. I would highly recommend them for all your partials and dentures needs. You can’t beat their prices anywhere. They have the lowest prices I have found anywhere.

So far a great experience the back staff was exceptionally professional and best of all friendly. I had what I thought an unusual need but after talk with the tech told me quite common... back staff was very informative patient and caring. The front desk person on the other hand could of been little more friendly upon greeting patients. Instead of Looking like “oh no another person”....did not recognize or acknowledge I even entered the building. I did get new patient paper work with brief instructions....After all the front desk person are first staff and first impression ! I am an office manager and under stand the need of warm friendly professional staff . I would of given 5 stars, if front desk person had been more friendly.... I remind to my staff daily we are there for the patients not the other way around. I felt like intrusion . With all that said because of back staff and great product would definitely refer and use the services again!!!Thank you for giving my smile back!!!

I went to the Bloomington office to have a tooth pulled, waited over an hour past my appointment time. When the Dentist came in he was very rude and rough. He was hurting me and by instinct I put my hand up to get his attention, he pushed my hand out of the way with his arm and snapped, sit still. He finished, tore his gloves off, threw them in the trash and stormed out of the room. Never said another word to me. I will never go back!

Was VERY nervous about the extractions (about 25 total) and procedure in general. Staff made me feel very welcome and calm, all very polite and accomadating. Would recommend to another any day.

I have not had a good experience at the Bloomington location. I would not recommend anyone to get dentures here. The wait time for each visit is over an hour. I paid $3000 for ultimate fit and teeth pulling . The finished product was Billy Bob teeth ! They had to redo them and they still arent right. If your thinking about spending any money on dentures drive on by Affordable Dentures.

Everyone at the Bloomington Affordable Dentures was kinda and helpful. I’ve been a patient at another location and my experience there was very impersonal. The Bloomington practice and Dr. Goodpaster were the complete opposite. They made me feel very welcome, comfortable and important. I highly recommend them!

I went to Terre haute and the staff was great but the dentist was horrible. He treated me like a dog. He talked down to me. Im not a crying emotional person at all but I left that office on 3 occasions crying because he was awful. Dont go to the Terre haute office.
