I was recommended to get two implants on my lower jaw. When Dr Sutor did them I had some residual bone in the more forward tooth. He removed it and then put in two implants. I have trouble with the epinephrine anesthetic. So alternates must be used. The implants were put in and I was not numb enough. It felt like I was being kicked in the jaw. The worst pain of my life. In addition the pain continued for weeks. I had to travel and kept calling the office. They said this was normal.They told me this repeatedly.I got back in town for a follow up appointment. The implant in the forward tooth the one that caused the pain came out. It never healed!What did they do about it? They offered to not charge me for the failed implant. The initial pain? They said nothing. The fact that they did not appreciate something was wrong nothing was acknowledged.They charged me for 1implant,my lower right jaw is still not working properly. I would never use this person again and in fact I don’t think I could ever do another implant because of the horror of this one.

Dr. Sutor was kind, professional, and efficient. He explained the procedure efficiently. His prices for implants are roughly consistent with others in Southern Indiana. His office staff are kind and efficient. Wait times are very low. I could not be happier with that office

They are the best!! Staff is outstanding, Dr. Sutor DDS cares, goes over treatment plans, technology is on point. They are also very thoughtful and gentle nothing to fear here. They went beyond dental care when I had to have back surgery and sent a get well card.

I suppose its natural to feel somewhat anxious before having oral surgery (in my case, an implant), but everything went exceedingly well. Its obvious that all office personnel added new procedures during these COVID pandemic times to maintain sterile conditions. Even the little welcome sign in the examination/surgery room noted that the room was sterilized for Marty. That made me feel good. Everyone was efficient, friendly and competent, and Dr. Sutor kept me informed every step along the way, always asking if I felt comfortable. I found myself needing a sinus lift and two implants. Im as nervous about dental work as anyone could ever be not to mention having a sinus lift! I visited multiple oral surgeons before deciding to schedule with Dr. Sutor. From my first visit, Dr. Sutor was very kind and calming. Had a good experience with an implant a few years ago so I returned when I needed a gum graft. I was plenty nervous about it but Dr. Sutor and his staff took my concerns about pain very seriously and offered several options to help me through. The procedure itself was painless thanks to good numbing, and the recovery was almost painless as well. I had very minor discomfort that was well controlled. Dr. Sutor always calls the night after an invasive procedure to check and make sure youre doing ok, which is incredibly reassuring. He and his staff are so very kind and competent.

Dr Sutor is knowledgeable and nice, and my first visit went well. Follow up, more than one year later when I requested to return to determine status of initial evaluation and appropriate yet least intrusive follow up, resulted in not only something my regular dentist could have done from the beginning, but also in additional charges which were not reflective of what I had requested be done during the follow up, and charges l had not been informed of at the time of service.When I explained this to office staff, they were not understanding, nor were they very professional.
