Received as a surprise from my husband. First time visiting any type of spa, not exactly what I expected. The services I received were a facial, massage, & pedicure. All 3 services were great quality & very professional & would definitely recommend to everyone. The staff were all friendly & welcoming making it easy to completely relax. My only complaint is that The building (inside & outside), location did not meet the standards of the quality of service & services offered & definitely the price . I parked in the lower lot by accident & out front was bags of trash & old food containers everywhere from the homeless I assume they were located in the backside of the building & do have a separate entrance & parking lot though. From the moment you walk inside It felt very much like a dr office with the tile floors & pale walls, glass sliding door rooms, & the bathroom. Could easily be a 5 ⭐️ spa if the building & location were upgraded & not so cold.

I wanted to like this place. This was several months ago, but I got a massage I thought would be focusing on my neck and shoulders. I requested for heavier pressure. What I got was a very lukewarm massage in no particular focused area by a lady who was minimally friendly, almost reluctant. I don’t even know what kind of technique she was using. It was some awkward, light, fast circular motion with her thumbs. I hope there are other massage therapists who more what they’re doing. Massage Envy was miles ahead of this place.

We had a couples massage with Bianca and Josh. It was wonderful! Incredibly relaxing. We both suffer from chronic back pain, and we left there virtually pain free! We will definitely be repeat customers.

Loved the inside of this place. The environment was very peaceful, respectful, and relaxing. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Massage was quite nice. My only issue was the traffic outside of Rogers and 2nd street. You could easily hear louder trucks and whatnot that might break through your relaxation. Other than that I had a great time and would recommend for future visits.

Would be *at least* four stars for me, but.. we paid for a 60 min couples massage and got 45 min massages in separate rooms.. expectations>reality.(the skill of the masseuse was fantastic)

The Esthetician was great too. She recommended a better treatment for my skin than I had booked. Which is so Awesome that she had the professionalism to recognize and perform the best service for me. As a spa person myself I appreciated that they were not at all pushy... but I also think you could increase income by offering to upsell product and services. Since it was my first time there I booked without knowing all options. Absolutely, NO complaints though!

A quick massage was all Ive experienced at this new location across from the hospital. I used to frequent the prior location, which was much more aesthetically pleasing and relaxing. Upon walking in here, one is greeted by medical looking sliding glass doors to each of the massage rooms. The lobby and waiting area is bright and very white. Its startling. Its obvious that it used to be a medical treatment center. I think it could be softened considerably by using pink florescent bulbs, and/or floor lamps, sounds of serenity, a waterfall and window treatments outside of each of the massage rooms (to soften the view upon walking in). This first impression is important to return business.

My technician, Amanda, was very professional and put me at ease immediately. The person at the front desk was pleasant, and interested in maintaining high COVID safety standards for my safety, as well as for the safety of the staff there. I am a regular customer, and I am confident in the cleanliness and COVID safety procedures at Spaah.

Too noisy when you are trying to relax with a massage. They are located on a busy street. The last massage I got was some lady running her fingers across my skin. My 3 year old could do better.

I called due to my friend having a massage the day before. The girl who answered the phone giggled so much I could not get any real information on what services were offered. I told her my friend had had a hot stone massage and asked repeatedly about the March special which she did not give any assistance or offer information just giggled in the phone. I was led to think it was not available for the hot stones at the price my friend said she paid. I booked the appointment but was pleased with the masseuse but the price was extremely high for the service. I would not recommend this spa.

Victoria is always so wonderful and insightful. I came in with a lot of neck tension and left with a vibrating energy and the ability to let go of a lot of pent-up emotions throughout the rest of the day. She is in tune with her clients emotionally and psychically and offers wonderful advice and guidance along with deep, energy-releasing massages. I have not been a client long, but I consider her an invaluable friend and an important part of my life.

I had an hour massage with Judy. When I arrived, I noticed how clean and relaxing the facility is. The receptionist, Donna, was cheerful, knowledgeable and kind. My massage with Judy was amazing!!! Love this place!!! I definitely want to come back!!! Highly recommended!

Although the massage tech was very friendly, I felt like someone was just lightly rubbing lotion into my skin for 90 minutes with no actual pressure applied or variance in technique. I booked a prenatal massage, so I didn’t anticipate a deep tissue persay, but some attention to sore muscles would have been lovely.Additionally, the room was located on the corner of the building and, although the street traffic was loud, it didn’t really bother me as much as the fact that throughout the whole appointment, there was a constant loud beeping of the cross walk signal. Some solid sound proofing would definitely be recommended.

I’m pretty sure Toni, the front desk woman was high when I was there last. I have been going here for a while bc of the sauna but tonight after asking if the MASSAGE CHAIR was open I was told twice in a row that “no one can give you a massage tonight” however when I said that’s not what I’m asking the woman canceled my appointment for the hot tub, and chair all together and said never come back when I am here, “ your voice is making me uncomfortable“ word from word. I’m not sure if she wanted me to whisper or text her but I can assure you I was talking in a regular tone of voice.

Somewhat dusty and unkempt corridors and rooms. They double-dip in their hot wax. The tech told me it was an anti-microbial formula, but I dont trust that. (Why not just use each wooden spreader once?) Luckily the tech was very gracious when I expressed my concerns and chose not to complete my service. I only paid for the areas I let her finish, so points for good customer service.

I went to Spaah for a Brazilian wax today and it was great! They were very friendly at the reception desk and my aesthetician Bailey was amazing. She was friendly, fast and thorough. One of the best waxes I have ever experienced. I highly recommend Spaah and Bailey.

Went to see Bailey today for a peel and facial and she did a fantastic job, it was so relaxing and my skin looks much better. I plan on making it a regular part of my regiment since the appointment went so well.

Catlin did my nails. She was very nice and she even gave me proper instructions for removing the paint when that time comes. My nails look fantastic and I havent noticed any flaws to them like I do when I get them done else where. I came all the way from Plainfield because I had a gift certificate but honestly I may come again regardless of the distance.

Catlin is Great!!! 3 times now I have been there and each time Catlin was my consultant. She always well organized and tidy! I enjoy that she lets me ramble on about the past.

I loved every minute. Everyone spoiled me. The receptionist was patient with me and very kind. She did everything possible to make sure I was taken care of. I really enjoyed Tanas massage. It was a unique style I have never experienced. Alot of movement with stretches and massage. I really appreciated her style and care. She also kept communication open the entire time. She pointed out how Im tighter on my left due to how Im sitting at work and accommodated this during my massage. The facial was a new experience for me. I loved all the products Krodel chose for me. This is important because I have sensitive, acne prone skin. My skin feels really refreshed and looks like I lost a few years of age! Thank you everyone!

They got me in on a Friday night when no one else could! I really needed some knots worked out and a half hour with Kayla did the trick. It hurt so good! Im happy with my massage and will probably be back next week. Great environment, super friendly staff.

Went in for a group spa day that has been planned for months with the manager. Manager insisted to plan our day. I have never spent more time waiting as I did there. Only got two services done in 7 hours. Would not recommend going with a group. They are not efficient at all. They do not have near enough help or organization to operate. Its not what its talked up to be. On a positive note the pedicure was good, too bad it took all day to get that in.

Had a fanastic massage, made me feel like a king cat! She said I purred the whole time and thats the truth. Cant wait to go back.

Had a sea clay wrap that started off good until we got into the suana It was a makeshift box that didnt get about 120 degrees. Was definitely not hot for a sauna. Followed by a massage which was amazing then a subpar facial. Will be choosing a different spa next time.

I went in for a wax. I immediately noticed that the room was very dirty. The towels, walls, and floor of the room were so gross. I asked the professional if the sheets and towels were clean, and she said yes. I thought at least if the towels were clean I would be okay. She started my wax. She applied the wax with a wooden stick and performed the wax removal. She then took that same exact wooden stick and and put it back in the wax pot. She then put it back on my skin. I was immediately concerned and asked her why she was double-dipping this stick back into the wax. She said it was okay because this was a special type of anti-bacterial wax. I paid for my service and then left. Once I got home, I called the company and complained. The owner is going to refund me for my service and said she would talk to the professional who performed by service. Double-dipping a stick into a pot of wax is extremely disgusting. I can only imagine how many peoples germs have congregated in that one wax pot due to the use of repeated double-dipping of the wooden stick.Edit: Owner called me today and refunded me for my service.According to the State Board of Cosmetology and Barber examiners, When waxing, wear protective gloves, which must be disposed ofafter providing the service to a customer, and use a newapplicator for each application of wax. 820 IAC 3-2-9 Esthetics; cleanliness.

I would not recommend the spa pedicure.....Such a sweet and friendly girl who did my pedi but def not experienced/skilled, and for $50 that should have been the best pedicure Ive ever gotten. I wont be returning.

Sloppy waxing job and terrible atmosphere, especially for a Brazilian. It felt like I was in a back closet and the technician was creepy.

I got a gift certificate from Spaah for a Hot Stone massage and a tub soak. I came to Spaah after having a bad experience in Indy where a woman basically beat my back up with her fists and Ieft me tense and in more pain than before. The masseuse who did my massage was incredible and really listened to what I wanted in a massage! It was so great that when my birthday came around I begged my husband to get me another massage as my gift. I got another incredible massage and I highly recommend the tub soak afterwards. The jet tubs are huge and in immaculate spa rooms; they provide bath scents, and its so nice to be able to get done with your massage and not have to rush out the door. I get an hour and sit and read a book in the water, it is really the most relaxing experience and when you get done you feel weightless!

In the past, I have been pretty satisfied with Spaahs services, but this time, I got an OPI gel manicure, which is supposed to last about 2 weeks, and it lasted about 24 hours before it started coming off. I suppose this could be an issue with the product itself, but Ive read a bunch of really positive reviews about the product, so I have to think there was a problem with the way it was applied. I was really disappointed, especially since it cost $40!

I had always wanted to try a glycolic peel and chose Spaah to finally try it. When I arrived, a nice hostess graciously greeted me, offered me a beverage, and gave me a customer information form to fill out. I later found out that she was Spaahs owner! Now thats dedication!The esthetician for my glycolic peel appeared just a minute or two after I arrived. She led me to a small room with relaxing lighting and ideal spa music - piano over ocean waves. Im really picky about spa music. Anyway, she looked at my survey to ask me some questions about my skin - I really appreciated this attention to detail. Then she gave me a few minutes to get comfortable.When she returned, she started the process of the glycolic peel. I could tell I was in the hands of a practiced professional. She even gave me a nice head massage, which was very relaxing. We chatted through the whole facial - she was fun to talk to but also let me relax.I was really impressed with my experience at Spaah - everything was very professional and relaxing - exactly what a spa should be!

Staff forgot about me in the bath. The bath was awfully dirty and it gave me super bad anxiety so i got dressed early and waited for the manager and got a refund for my 150$ gift card do tbr place.
