Cant even describe the inefficiency. I call in my medication refills every other week...5 days in advance and again three days on advance and almost every single time it is time for me to get my medication they never send it in. I have lost two jobs now because of the incompetence of their nurses

This company has been taken over by what they call the nurses, which never call my orders in on time and never return calls or can be reached at any time. I havent had any issues with Dr. Abelita, but the nurses dont care about your mental health.

I had a great experience for years but now you can’t even get a hold of anyone or leave a message very stressful

I can’t write a review about this program but I can about Beth Robert when she worked at ihr I was her client her several years in many different ways when she was going to school she was my therapist great one at that. But as a nurse practitioner she is great at her job. She knows the ins and out of meds . Very nice lady.

This is literally the most unorganized and incompetent group of people and I dont know how they are still open.

Can never get them on the phone, and have had problems with refills every month for 3 years.
