It is so nice there. A very pretty office, calming water display and sound machine, very professional. Great therapist too. Very nice workers and atmosphere.

Only because Im not allowed to give zero stars. I filled out the online website paperwork and waited a week. No call back. At two weeks I call and spoke to Amy? the intake person. She said they had to review insurance info and align me with the best fit of Doctor. 2 weeks, no call back. So I call again. Spoke to nice female who took down a lot of info and promised me, repeatedly, that the intake girl would call me back that day. You guessed it, 2 weeks, no call back. I wouldnt send my wifes stupid cat to this place. Look elsewhere.

Having two offices, it can be confusing to find it; seeing as its tucked between three other in use offices. Be sure to ask which location on the phone and follow up with them in a timely manner. I was initially skeptical because of the reviews and my doctor falling ill on our first scheduled appointment. However, the office is very professional, well presented, and the doctor that I worked with was impressive and his methodology was incredibly personal. If youre looking for a non-threatening experience with a qualified staff then give this a shot. Im going to.

Easily the most unprofessional therapist location Ive ever been to. My therapist Dr Knutson left for a trip for a month, but never communicated when shed be able to continue my appointments. I never receive any calls letting me know that I had missed an appointment or asking if I was going that week, like other places do. They charged me for several missed appointments I didnt know I even was supposed to have even though I emailed her asking for information. I even drove to an appointment, costing me half a days work, that wasnt there due to unorganized miscommunication through the team to which I was promised another phone call, which was never given.

Good for general anxiety or problems, but for serious traumatic events, go somewhere else (YWCA for men & women is excellent). One counselor there did not get to the heart of the cause of the traumatic event & address the biggest issues to avoid being traumatized again.

Dr. Knutson was hired to mediate the custody of my son by my wife and myself. During this process , she did not communicate very well or at all . Her report in the end contradicted itself numerous times and there are many examples in which she lied and/or made things up to fill in the blanks. Likely, part of the reason she is so incompetent is that she doesnt take notes during her evaluations but most of her problem is that she is unethical not only as a Doctor but also as a business woman. The main issue I have with Dr. Knutson and her office is that their unethical business practices have resulted inaccurate reporting which is effecting my 3 year old sons life negatively- for this reason I feel Dr. Knutson and this office are evil. This profession is not one where a Doctor should be allowed by regulators to take their responsibility to children and families lightly.

I think it is amazing. My Dr was great.

Dont go here. Saving you the trouble.

By far the most unprofessional therapist office Ive ever been to. They dont keep their clients organized then charge them for not showing up to appointments they didnt sign up for. Never going back.
