Our family has worked with the Welcome Baby Care team as we brought home our second daughter and they have been absolutely amazing! Every caregiver we’ve met has been incredible - warm, knowledgeable, friendly, and incredibly helpful. And Tory, the owner, has been the best support system you could ask for - she truly cares deeply for her clients and their well being and goes above and beyond to make sure new moms are supported, healthy, and happy.

We have had the best experience with Welcome Baby Care since our second child was born a few months ago! Our overnight doulas have taken such wonderful care of our baby and enabled us to get much more sleep than we got the first time around, so we can better keep up with our toddler and enjoy the newborn phase more!

We have had only great experiences with Welcome Baby Care. Their nurses are knowledgeable, professional, and trustworthy. We have used them many times to watch our twins for the night, and they have taken great care of them every time. They are always available to answer questions and give sound advice. I would recommend Welcome Baby Care to anybody!

I called Welcome Baby Care in tears because of frustrations with breastfeeding. The team at Welcome Baby Care was incredibly responsive. I had a phone call within an hour from a consultant, and they were able to send someone out that same evening for an in-home consultation. Patti, my lactation consultant, was incredibly encouraging and had very practical advice. She even followed up the following day to see how things were going. I cant express how thankful I am for their ability to respond promptly and help me through a hard day.

I am a postpartum doula with WBC and love working for this company! This is my first time working as a doula for a company and I am grateful to both Tory and Maggie for all their support, time, energy and care towards making my work experience feel fulfilling and successful. WBC provides excellent education and resources to both doulas as well as clients, and I always feel prepared and supported with every new assignment- this includes being provided with masks, gloves, sanitizing wipes, binders for documentation, and more. Both Tory and Maggie are thorough about checking in with me about my shifts, how the baby/family is doing, and take time to check in about how I am doing on a personal level, which I greatly appreciate. Due to COVID I havent met many of the other doulas yet but the ones I have talked with are friendly, knowledgable, professional, and highly skilled, which speaks to the intention that Maggie and Tory put towards hiring competent and kind doulas and care givers. I am grateful to be working for such a wonderful company and am excited to continue to grow as a doula with this team!

I have used Welcome Baby Care services for both my first and second child and it has been, by far, the best decision I have made for me and my family. The caregivers are incredible. They are skilled, thoughtful, and trustworthy. The sleep and peace of mind I was able to get because of their services truly made a difference in being able to recover and be present with my family. Postpartum can be such a difficult and overwhelming time and Welcome Baby Care has helped me to navigate the new challenges that come with having a new baby at home. I would recommend Welcome Baby Care over and over again.

Our doula Sarah was great when she was here to help our family but I can’t in good faith recommend Welcome Baby Care and their unprofessional/disorganized admin services to other families. Not only did the owner run late and almost miss our very first meeting to get to know Welcome Baby Care & what they offer (because she admittedlyslept in past our meeting time) WBC also decided that our previously arranged doula schedule was less important than another families new request for doula Sarah, despite us having had her scheduled with us previously weeks in advance (prior to this other client). I understand things happen but I feel that what I experienced from the owner & her scheduling team was very unprofessional - and left me without care and needing to scramble in order to find help with my baby and not let my own clients down for my and my husbands in home business and meetings..causing this new mama a lot of stress that was unneeded as shouldn’t have been an issue because I thought I had a dependable service.

Welcome Baby Care is a unique and amazing service to mothers and newborns. Their core mission is not only to help new mothers care for their babies, but to help new mothers care for themselves too. The doulas were not only companions, but they helped me feed and care for myself properly in those hazy days of having a new baby at home. They helped keep our house organized, and they cared for both the baby and my other young son -- and my husband too! Most importantly, they were able to be present and come help when family members, babysitters, friends, and neighbors could not. They were the most important support I had after the birth of my child. Every mother of a newborn deserves this kind of care and support.

Ive worked as a Certified Postpartum Doula with Welcome Baby Care since 2013. Caring for a mama and her newborn baby is my passion and WBC has given me the opportunity to do that. there are so many advantages to being a part of WBCs family. I received all my training from WBCs exceptional education department, my insurance is covered, my clients are found for me, there are monthly staff meetings to keep me informed and the list goes on. But the most wonderful thing about this company is the woman who owns it, Tory Kieles-Jensen. Her love of life and compassion to want to help all mamas and babies is heart warming. The office definitely has an extra warm feel with Maggie at her side!

We used WBC for overnight care for our twin boys from when they were 6 weeks old till they were 3 months old. They did a great job and educated me on a lot of topics that I had no clue about as a new mother. Thanks to them I was able to get the rest that I needed to function during the day. I would highly recommend them.
