If I could give them zero stars I would. Please take time to read this review before sending your child here. I witnessed kids being screamed at by teachers, teachers sitting on there phones and neglecting the children, a teacher dragging a student by there arm Bc he wouldn’t listen and so much more. They will hire anyone here with no experience in child care at all. Don’t trust this child care with your kids. RUN FAR AWAY!!!

We had to pull our kid out. She was kicked by another kid, they couldnt find her when we went to pick her up, and when we picked her up, two other kids were having a knock down drag out fight in front of one of the caretakers. Also, when we dropped our kid off we watched a kid gleefully push over a bookshelf in front of a caretaker. Hed obviously been working on that for a while when we walked in. Theres no structure and the only way to describe it was total chaos.Im honestly kind of surprised they still have their license. You get what you pay for I guess.Would not recommend unless you are training your kid for some sort of combat sport.

My child had multiple problems at this facility with issues we can only replicate with attention deprivation, such as if shes left alone while food is being made. When this was brought up to the staff, we were told our child needed, too much one-on-one time, as if it was her fault. When we originally looked into different options, we consulted each option on what facilitations they had for special needs children. While on the lower spectrum of this, my child still falls under this. YWCA told us that their staff were trained to handle even some more extreme cases of special needs. When ADD started to affect her in-care behavior, we were told that the facility, doesnt have the resources, to provide for special needs, and we would need to, provide resources, to assist with this, whatever that means.Everything about the program screams negligence, and it doesnt help that the first teacher she was with was removed from staff for precisely that.

Stepping Stones is a great resource for victims of sexual violence.
