Yes I thread my eyebrows. Why because I would look like a werewolf without it..2nd reason because it last 5x as long as plucking or waxing. The owner and the really awesome threader at this establishment not only threaded my eyebrows but took her time and explained how she chooses the shape and how she threads brows. Which was something I would have never understood until she explained the art of the eyebrow..

My henna turned out great! The employees are great at communication, and the technician was super creative and talented.

Great attention to detail! It feels like a wait when in line but once you’re in the chair the brow artist’s attention to detail to your specific eyebrows is so appreciated and worth the wait!! I will be back monthly for sure!!

Nishma did a wonderful job on my eyebrows. She communicated with me throughout the whole process and made sure I got the exact shape I wanted. She’s professional at what she does, book her you won’t regret it. You might want to go in on the weekdays though, she is extremely busy on the weekends.

Simply amazing! She is very talented in her work and a true expert. Even though there were several people, the time she spent on me made me feel as though she truly cares and is focused- not rushing through the process at all. There is one lady working the entire place. She does a nice job- but takes way too much time talking.She spends at least a half hour with each person and appointments don’t seem to work for them.I would suggest getting more staff to help. A large volume of people seem to come here- the business should be ran more efficiently.

I left a review a year ago but I want to follow up. Nishma has been the only one to touch my eyebrows since I moved to Minnesota, I have always visited her in the Bloomington location she is phenomenal at what she does.

One of the best threading places Ive been to. She does an amazing job! I highly recommend her. She is so attentive and communicates with the customer every step of the way. Threading is more popular abroad and her work is better than some of the work Ive seen abroad. If you prefer threading (because its better for your skin) or if you are a first time threader, I recommend coming here.

The staff at this shop always gets it right, friendly atmosphere and make you feel like home. Great hair cuts!

Very lovely. Takes her time with suggestions and asks what style you would like. Gives you recommendations on how to balance out your brows, especially if theyre naturally uneven. It does take a little bit so if youre in a rush, I would put it off for when you have some time. But its truly worth it because she really does pay attention to each and every customers needs. A++.

Just went there. Asked for clean up and my daughter and I ended up with 80s thin brows. At 16 (her) this is pretty much the worst thing ever. A little dramatic, but either way I would never go back. And it took way longer than normal and she kept going over the same spot, causing scrapes. It was bad. And no way they can give us our brows back, so no fix for this except time. 🤬

I love this place!!! Havent been in a couple of months since I have had my baby. But will be going tomorrow! I have never been unhappy with my eyebrows after leaving there. You do an amazing job!

Nisma is amazing! She listens carefully to your preferences and consults with you as she goes to make sure you are happy with the end result. I just wish this place would take appointments. Its currently walk-in only and Ive seen wait times as long as an hour or an hour and a half.

The owner is great! She explained to me what she was doing and asked me if I would be okay before threading the hairs. She really pays attention to detail. Pricing is reasonable as well. $19 for brows and upper lip.

Well, you know time to time when your eyebrows get a little off the beaten path, they need to be trimmed back to respectable form! They did an excellent job making me feel at ease!

They do a really good job especially for people that don’t have much hair on their brows. They have good conversations with their customers.

Best eyebrow shaping Ive ever had!

This is such a great place. I use to get my eyebrows waxed but this is my new love. I would drive all the way to Saint Paul because I thought that was the best place. Never again. This is my new spot.

I have been coming here off and on for about 2-3 years. She is the absolute best, the attention to detail is like no other. I was new to eyebrow threading but I wanted to clean up my thick eyebrows a bit without losing too much. I was nervous about taking the plunge but my friend recommended me to Nisma and Im so glad she did. Nisma takes great care and walks you through every detail of her process. She never takes any hair away that you dont agree with. I highly recommend Nisma to thread your eyebrows!

Im a New customer that heard so much about this shop so I decided to stop in after picking my kids up from school. We walked in and the manager didnt even speak or acknowledge we were in the shop!We sat there for almost twenty minutes while she finished up her client that was there before we entered the shop. They chit chatted for a while and even talked on the phone and talked about parties at the client house! I was being very patient but after a while we got up and was leaving out the door then the manager yells Im almost finished you dont have to leave. By this time Im over it and took my money somewhere else! Very bad customer service

I just went and got my eyebrows threaded here for the first time and I love them!!! I was going to brow art 23 in southdale, but royal eyebrows is closer to my house so I gave it a try and Im sooooooooo happy I did!! I will definitely be going back! Thank you!!
