Hearing aids are new for me, and with that comes all kinds of trepidation. But Lori and her staff have been amazing and have made this such an easy process. Theyre accommodating, working to see me around my work schedule. And Lori has the patience of a saint. I havent heard life around me at this volume for so long, so there are sounds I dont remember. But she works with me, fine tuning and adjusting until Im comfortable. Im so glad I found Lori and cant imagine going anywhere else.

Lori and Shirley are professional, knowledgeable, and go the extra mile for their patients. Lori has many years in the industry, she knows hearing aids forward and backwards, and can also do repairs. She fit me with my newest hearing aids. Shirley works the front desk.

I have been a customer of Hearing Connect for about 5 years. I bought hearing aids then that had a 3-year warranty. I go in for a complimentary hearing test each year to make sure the hearing aids are set at the appropriate level. The Audiologist, Lori, really knows her stuff. She is very patient and takes time to explain any differences in my hearing since my last test and make the appropriate adjustments, all without cost to me even though the warranty has expired long ago.Hearing aid technology is constantly changing. Even though there are newer and better ones out now, Lori doesnt try to sell me new ones and wont until mine either malfunction or reach their capacity based on my hearing needs.Shirley, the receptionist is always friendly and ready to help if Lori is unavailable.I highly recommend Lori, Shirley and Hearing Connect!
