As always, I am very pleased when I leave there. Michelle and the ladies at the desk always provide courteous and friendly service. I feel like great effort is put in to fitting me with the best aids and equipment to insure to insure quality hearing.

I’ve had very good experiences here Bloomington. Every time I call with a question I always get a return phone call if they don’t answer the phone it’s always been a pleasure. Right now my hearing aids are not working. The gentleman I talk to today sent it back to the manufacturer. And will call me when it’s back. Michelle I think that’s her name. Has been very professional.
