Incorrectly wrote my eye glass prescription. When I told doctors office that eye glasses are still blurry and unusable, they said I will have to make another appointment and pay for visit because my vision changed in 4 weeks. Went to a different optometrist and showed the script and they found a missing section not filled out. Waiting room is usually packed as well and have to wait 30 mins + after scheduled appointment. Exam always feels rushed due to wait as well.

Great ophthalmologist, very caring and thorough! I had not been to the office for a few years and developed a sudden issue. Dr Glatt saw me the same day and whenever I was worried he had me come right in. He does not hesitate to send you for another opinion if he thinks it necessary (this is a sign of a good doctor) and I feel I am in very capable hands. Thanks to Dr Glatt, my eye issue was quickly diagnosed and treated. Dr Glatt is the best!

What a great doctor!! Very personable & does a FANTASTIC job making sure you are comfortable, he takes the time to really listen to you and gives you great advice for your eyes & life! When they get busy in the office make sure you’ve got extra time but it’s worth the wait ! HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM! Even all his staff are friendly & kind.

I took my 7 year old there on an urgent basis after a misdiagnosis. Dr. Glatt was excellent. He was gentle with my daughter and explained everything very thoroughly to me. He answered all my questions and in a nice manner. I will recommend him very highly.

Dont waste your time going to this eye doctor, I tell him that my vision is worse since he did the cataract surgery and he says is better, then he gives me a prescription thats higher than the previous one, so how can it be better? He doesnt even give you enough time like he is always in a hurry, ,all he wants is money, money, money and best Doctor back in 2006 not anymore dont let those old signs fool you, dont let him do any surgery you will regret it, be ware my friends. I will never go back again.

Dr. Glatt was awesome. He is very knowelagable and took the time to give patient education. My appointment time was honored and I didnt have to wait long at all. The office staff was very nice as well.

Great doctor one of the best in New Jersey ,but his staff is very very rudeif they don’t want to work why make people’s life impossible find something that makes your life pleasing don’t be rude to patients.but I have no complaints about Dr Gladd he is excellent.

Dr Glatt is a great doctor and some of staff however, when it’s time to request your records , it’s impossible to get it. It’s been three weeks I’ve been requesting them meanwhile husband needs eyes checked for pressure on eyes and can’t because they are not cooperative I can’t understand why. Toby then gets attitude because by now I’m upset. Come on someone needs to do their job

Do not use Dr. Glatt. Fraudulent billing practices. Charged me more than what my insurance company said I should have paid and gives me the runaround when I ask for my refund. They just keep saying the check is in the mail and we have no control over the mail. Its been 3 months. Totally disgusted.

1.0 star rating 11/14/2017ZERO STARS!! I was seeing Glatt ( I refuse to call him a doctor) for many years and THOUGHT I was satisfied with the service. After moving to Bergen County 2 years ago I went to a new doctor, Dr. Carabin in New Milford, NJ. In my first visit he discovered that I had signs of glaucoma! I was sent to a specialist, Dr. Grayson, in Rochelle Park, NJ who confirmed that I do indeed have glaucoma. According to him, ANY REPUTABLE DOCTOR SHOULD HAVE SEEN THIS 5 TO 10 YEARS AGO, according to my degeneration. It also could have been halted in a much lesser advanced stage. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!

He’s the best! I have used him for years and will continue to do so!!!

I first seeked a new eye doctor about 3 years ago when my pediatrician eye doctor could no longer see me. The first time I went to this office the staff was not pleasant at all. I was checked in by Irene who was the prime example of who should not be at a front desk window, she was cold,dry, and treated me like I was a bother. I also work in an office setting with a very in demand physician, so I am aware of proper work ethic and I dont think I met anyone there who actually knows how to treat people. Dr. Glatt is nice and all but the way I look at it is his staff is a reflection of him. If he allows that type of behavior and he allows his patients to be treated that way then I want no part of that!!! There is one positive to this there is one person there, I wish I knew her name shes small thin and she was the only person who I actually didnt mind dealing with. So I hope everyone in the office including Dr. Glatt sees this and changes there ways, because even doctors offices are businesss. You ladies need to remember the patients who you treat like there a bother like how I was treated and continued to be treated are the reason you have a job. Think twice because Im sure I am not the only one who has 5 minutes in a day to express my opinion on the internet.

Used them for eye exam and prespictions, but not anymore. They refused to provide me my prescription as its over a year old.... What? I see fine and my eyes havent changed. Forcing me to take another appt and of course, they have no appointments for 3 weeks.They staff is unprofessioinal and the practice is way overbooked. Much easier to go to a place like, Warby parker any location get an exam and amazing frames for $170 all in. Stop the madness of being treated poorly to then go next door to buy $400 frames. Its up to the customers to drive service and cost, just do it.
