I had the worst experience at this Walgreens pharmacy. Most people go to the pharmacy to get their meds so the pharmacist should have some compassion. I called the pharmacist on 8/4/21 at 1148am with my health provider on a conference call. The pharmacist was so rude. He told us to go to another pharmacist. He said go to a moms and pops. I will be escalating this to corporate. This is not how you treat a customer because you dont have an answer to the problem. Do not patronize this Walgreens on Bloomfield Ave. The pharmacy dept is rude.

I don’t know the managers name however when I went to Walgreens one evening to pick up a few things my blood sugar dropped low and I was very sick in the store the stores manager was very accommodating and look after me and also called the EMS for me he did not have to do that he could’ve been cold. He brought a chair for me to sit and called the EMS the store manager needs to own Walgreens all Walgreens as he is the image for Walgreen this Walgreens to all the associates are the absolute best !!! I’m thank you manager and employees for your help.

I just got off the phone with a man by the name of Kevin at the register in the pharmacy. I called to refill a prescription and let me just say that I have NEVER come across such a rude and hostile customer service experience. This person is BEYOND RUDE, he was extremely quick to get me off of the phone and once I gave him my date of birth he automatically assumed I was someone else, instead of confirming other information with me. He also did not bother to notify me how long my medication would take to be ready, there was no “hello thank you for calling Walgreens how may I assist you?” This person Kevin truly must hate his job. They need to have someone who is customer service ready and welcoming. What a shame that the customer service in this Walgreens location is going down super fast! I will be speaking to the pharmacy manager tomorrow, because when I asked to speak with him over the phone, the Kevin person told me his manager was not available. Please avoid this pharmacy location, there is better customer service in other Walgreens locations, I can assure you!

I love this walgreens, the store is always very clean, the staff has great customer service. Everyone is always willing to help you in any way.

I was rushing to get to Walgreens tonight and I forgot my mask in the car. The employee that was helping me politely pointed it out to me and instead of making me go back outside in the rain to get my mask, he provided me with one. They really show they care about the health and safety of their customers. Upon leaving he let me know to stay safe. 😊

This place is so nasty ,and full of lazy employees, they dont want to be bothered when you looking for a service is clearly like you are bothering, I went today to drop off my fedex package , Victoria didnt want to receive my package because Im supposed to have the label with the tracking # on it . Fedex sent me an email saying i can drop off my package with the iQ barcode, the employee named Victoria told i cant without any explanation, then i showed her the email then she says the machine is not wo3 to scam the iq barcode, i can tell you she was lying she was just being lazy and didnt want to do the extra work, i went to the walgreens located in Nutley they helped me as soon i got to the store they print the label for me, it seems Victoria didnt want to do the extra work and just told me it wasnt working. Im changing pharmacy, once i went and they want me to seat in a filthy place . Its just plain nasty this walgreens.

This is my local walgreens I always come to. I always receive the greatest customer service here. They make my life easy in and out, When it comes to dealing with shipping packages via FedEx and also the pharmacy.

The only reason I find this Walgreens amazing is due to Cregs amazing attitude! Hes super helpful, very hard working, always in a great mood and is able to answer all of your questions. He is definitely a 5 star employee!

On June 29, 2021, I came to this location at 11:50 PM to buy a Flonase, which was marked down with a yellow tag for $ 14.99.The lady working in the same aisle was really helpful contrary to the girl at the cash register which had a very unprofessional attitude. She wasn’t helpful at all. So, I decided to continue having my help with the nice lady which was working in the aisle. She brought my item to the cash register & before returning to her work she gave my item to the girl at the cash register. The girl was very upset & unprofessional She Slammed 😱my item on the counter & took my money in rage.I kept myself calm & left. I won’t be back to this location any time soon!

So I came here for the COVID vaccine and i arrived 15 minutes earlier as they said and the pharmacy told me to sit down and forgot about me. Other patients were being seen who arrived after me. Ive been waiting at this location for 45 minutes for a shot. Mind you, I already completed my paperwork beforehand to save myself time.Update: Been here for an hour waiting for my shot. When i go inside, they told me they only had the Moderna vaccine when online it told me they have Pfizer. Left with no shot after waiting for one hour.Do not come here :)

I took my wife at 12:50 fir Covid vaccine. We took moderna it hurts the arm but she did not put it in the right place. She almost did it on the shoulder there are videos of where the vaccine should go and it no where near where it’s supposed to be.

When it comes to ordering same day pictures! No such thing.. They wont have it ready for 3-4 days.. Staffing sucks!! Managers are there just to get paid.. No customer service whats so ever!

Every time I order through DoorDash from this store my order always has to be altered. It happens every time. If you do not have the item then take it off of the DoorDash site. And if you do have the item and I for some reason can’t have it then someone isn’t doing their job. This Walgreens suck.

Terrible pharmacy! Every-time I go the line is super long and only 1 person at the window. The drive through is worst! I gave them a hand written prescription through the drive through with refills and when I go to refill my script all of sudden they have no script on file. Basically the pharmacist lost my script and then he has the nerves to argue with me their customer saying I didn’t give it to them when I did. Instead of helping and trying to resolve my issue and double checking he starts to argue with me over the phone basically calling me a lier. Terriable all the way ! Please use another pharmacy. Lazy staff and disrespectful pharmacist!!!

The pharmacy department has horrible customer service. This was a disappointing experience. I have never been yelled at by a pharmacist because I had questions about my medication. The pharmacist had hung up on me and I had to call back to get answers. I will be switching my pharmacy immediately and will no longer use any Walgreens. I would suggest using a different option for your pharmacy.

Lacks organization and assistance. They have had great service until I called to request a refill for my prescription and a while ago I requested autofill. So automatically i should be able to pick up my prescription without having to call it in. Then when I went to pick up my prescription, they tell me that it was never called in. Terrible service.

Extremely upset with this Walgreens. I live near by (the only reason i go there). I went there to pick up a prescription, i also needed to purchase something else. I got my item then proceeded to the pharmacy to pick up my prescription. Normally (and at any other Walgreens) if i have a few items they ring me up so i can pay for everything there. But the pharmacist refused to ring up my ONE other item. Mind you there was a HUGE line at the front of the store. So i had to pay for my medication at the pharmacy THEN wait on a 20 minute line to buy ONE item. I would understand if the pharmacy was busy but it wasn’t! If anything the employees at the front registers were overwhelmed. I’m very disappointed of the lack of care, team work and customer service at this Walgreens. I will no longer come back.

Anytime I stop in, Craig is the most helpful employee. Hard worker and always willing to stop whatever he is doing you assist you right away.

Just about anything and everything you can buy here you can buy at Walmart or online for 30%-50% cheaper. I still don’t understand why people spend their money at places like this. B/c it is convenient it gets 2 stars.

Very inconvenient at times. Extremely long lines. Rude sale associates. Everything is over priced and fights starting all because 6ft doesnt equal 3ft which is why the line is even longer than it should be. Terrible place. Im enthralled that people still shop here for any reason.

As you can see they don’t bother to clean the mini office where they bring the “patient” for a vaccine or anything else.

I recently visited back August 8. 2019 and was extremely surprised, as well as, pleased it’s now a Walgreens store! Bye Bye ole Rite-aid with your horrible customer service; I won’t miss you! And Hello Walgreens! I had a Very good experience! Enjoyed purchasing the new products and etc..without all the extra nonsense!

Their phamarcy department is truly atrocious. Every time I try to fill a prescription for my kids there is always an issue. And they basically leave it up to you to fix with little to NO help. Get your sh*t together Walgreens and hire better staff that actually does their job.

Good luck getting a prescription filled here for anything more complex then advil, or god forbid you need to actually speak to someone over the phone; they dont pick up. This entire pharmacy is totally mismanaged.

The entire pharmacy staff is rude and they have no idea what customer service is. The man that works in the pharmacy cuts you off when you are speaking, puts you on hold without notice, and his attitude stinks. The store staff does not answer the phone. The location is what kept me as a customer but Id rather drive the distance because its less of an inconvenience than my experience at this store. They need training or prayer maybe.

I havent been to this rite aid in in years because the employers are usually rude, I decide to go in on last week to get a few items and what I saw was very unusual and surprising. a gentleman was using the western union and his baby was crying and an employee her name was Shanea stop what she was doing and took the baby from him and out of the car seat and held him until the gentleman was finished. I was really surprised she was so pleasant and she took the time to help me get 2 cases of water even as the other employee just stood there looking. that is what I call excellent customer service. I will be coming back shortly and regularly.

I was there 2 days ago for some pictures. I was happy to see that store but few size was not there. One lady helped me for all the pictures is print there.

I am very upset that my stuff always has to be in a brown paper bag when buying anything that’s big!!! They have plastic bags and a whole lot!!! What’s the point of the brown paper bag!! It breaks duh, especially when you have to carry a gallon milk and it’s breaking the brown paper bag!!!!

Horrible. I sent my brother to Walgreens and he tells me the cashier says they close at 11:30. He told her he thought it was 12 and she says no, today 11:30. Clearly the sign on the door and website says they close at 12 am. After insisting to let him make a purchase, she agreed and let him in the store. Lazy a** workers. Im taking my business to CVS down the street.

The staff from the pharmacy are very nasty special one guy that works morning. My experience here was terrible I never want to come back here even to buy one medication.

The Affordable Care Act helped me so much. I was able employ Health Insurance Marketplace and find subsidies by having a conversation with Jerome at my Rite Aid store. The Health Insurance exchange is applicable when you talk to the agent of your local Rite Aid store. Also, free Health Insurance does actually exist!

I really appreciate the pharmacist named Sweta. Not only did she have a very pleasant attitude but she was very helpful and she took the time to call the hospital to straighten out a glitch that was involved with my prescription. This is a far cry from the experience I have had at most pharmacies. Thank you.

My wife and I were instructed by a rite aid pharmacist (a guy) to get a brand new written prescription from our doctor for our daughters medicine after turning in the refill bottle because it would be too soon to get it at this moment. We followed the instructions by getting the brand new prescription, yet the same guy tells us that he cannot refill the prescription. I understand misunderstanding. What I will not tolerate is receiving the misunderstanding with a nasty attitude. I am considering taking my business elsewhere like shop rite. They are always getting nasty

Every time I have a prescription put in here, whether for myself, children or husband there’s always an issue of which they say it hasn’t been sent in. Mind you, this has been from multiple Doctor offices. There have been instances of which the prescription miraculously is ready a day or hours later. It absolutely ridiculous. There’s clearly something wrong with their system.

Absolutely the worst pharmacy. i sat in drive thru for over 10 min.. trying to pick up a script. i actually called the pharmacy to let them know i was waiting for the lady to assist me. the other day went to pick up a script wasnt told until i rung the bell that medicine was on order.

Everything is ok. But wjem you goint to paid always has to way , at the register, only one , tou way to long. And after that i give 5 star to everything....m besos.

Worse pharmacy Ive ever had the displeasure of dealing with. There is no organization, orders are left to pile up, and customers are told 20 minutes but its more like over an hour. Have to find a new place that will take my Insurance. Worse. Pharmacy. Ever!
