Cynthia is absolutely amazing. She completely transformed my angry/happy eyebrows to full and thick eyebrows. She is professional and most importantly down to earth. She will be honest and help you achieve the look you are working towards. In addition, her products are top notch!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. The salon is always clean & neat in addition to the beautiful decor. I only go here for Jenna, the front desk girl acts she is their mad that a black girl is in the salon. Jenna takes her time, she’s friendly, she is all around a great person & she’s Great at doing her job. That experience didn’t stop me from going back because Jenna is worth it! My other experience was much more pleasant! & Don’t we all love when a salon owner addresses an issue the customer has? ❤️

I absolutely love every experience at The Powder Room. Cynthia is so sweet and funny and so effortlessly transforms your brows into perfection! After years of telling myself threading was the best technique for my super sensitive skin, and justifying the cheap price, I finally went to Cynthia and saw you REALLY get what you pay for!!!!! I will NEVER go anywhere else! The girls who do blow outs are also really sweet and do a great job, I always get compliments on my hair even a couple days later! She also has top of the line products and is really knowledgeable about what is best for each person. It really is a one stop shop and I truly look forward to going there every few weeks!!

I LOVE the powder room. I am extremely picky about my hair and have been known to drive hours to salons that I like just for a blow out, so I am so happy to have found this local place! I am always able to get appointments and the blowouts last forever at least 4 days and I always get compliments on my hair. The staff is professional and friendly. I absolute love the powder room!! Ive been going to Cynthia for over 6 years.I went to her when a good chunk of my eyebrow was waxed off at my local nail salon. She took her time with me at every visit and help my eyebrow grow back.My brows are even and thick now. I am constantly getting compliments on them and I always recommend her to my friends. When it was time for me to get married I went to Maria for my lashes and OMG they were amazing after ever appointment. They looked so natural. They lasted longer than what I expected. In all of my wedding photos my eyes were stunning. Between Cynthia and Maria I absolutely love coming to the powder room.

I am very very cautious when it comes to lash extensions. I once had them done in nyc where I ended up with a chemical burn in my eye. With that said I was traumatized. Fast forward 2 years later.. my girl Cynthia Aguilar-Wrobel opened a beauty studio The Powder Room Beauty Studio. I always put my trust in her hands! She didnt let me down (as usual). I didnt feel a thing getting them done.. I listened to my audible book while Natalie (lash artist) worked her magic. All done. I got my lashes did .. I feel like I have nothing on my eyes and didnt even feel her working on them. Cynthia (owner/brow artist) gave my brows some love, wax, shape, and tint. All of them are amazing thereIm so happy with my lashes and brows!!! Love love love them!!!!!Thank you ladies so much!!!

The Powder Room is AMAZING!!!! I had many eyelash extension mishaps with other technicians in the past, but as soon as I found Natalie at the Powder Room, my lashes look beautiful and feel great all the time! Natalie is absolutely the best in the land!!!!!!!!!!!

I went here to get eye brow tinting and shaping .. I was actually excited to hear that they used the same product from a mall I frequent in Atlanta ( candy brow bar ) at that moment all my reservations went away. while getting my brows done & making conversation with the employee who was handling me .. she asked how long my tint usually last when done at candy bar & I told her 2-3 weeks depending on how much make I use .. so once leaving I was very satisfied with my brows . . I did not shower or touch my face with any make up product for the remainder of the day ... the next day around noon I bathe & made sure I was extra careful with my brows .. still no makeup .. the next morning I woke up & the brow tint was completely gone from my left brow !! when I called the powder room & explained what happened the rep on the phone sounded as if she didnt believe me but offered to have me come in & have them touched up .. unfortunately the next available appointment wasnt until 3 days later ... a day before my appt they called to confirm & by this time you couldnt even noticed I had any tinting done on either brow AT ALL ! so I declined my appt ! to be honest I was annoyed to the max. I had a appt scheduled for 3 weeks later which I made on my first visit there & decided to cancel that as well .. Just doesnt make sense to me to pay 50 bucks for invisible work .. Ill stick to penciling my brows in & visiting candy bar when Im in townGood luck on the business

Way overpriced. Cindy is the only one that has ZERO personality and acts stuck up, bothered and annoyed your in her chair. Completely insane considering she is the owner, charging $30 for a 5 minute service. Menu states its a 20 minute service but she rushes and then expects a tip. Im wondering if she realizes how many salons are in the area?
