Great service. Very friendly staff and reasonable. They even offered to open the salon 30 mins earlier on a Sat morning to accommodate an early event for me.

Nice atmosphere but a girl by the name of Eileen is a magician with hair. The best hair stylist Ive ever had by far. She listens to what you want and is honest with what works for you and what is going to damage your hair. She wont just do whatever on your hair to make money off of you and I really appreciate that. She is super patient with kids as well. I would recommend this place for her. If she isnt there a woman named Wilma is also super nice and talnlented.

I like this salon because when I make an appointment or walk in they take care of me right away and they are professional and they have great speed of service! Been going there a year now!

I was looking for a salon open after I got off of work and i found chalet unisex salon. I looked on their website and saw that their services included hair straightening, ethnic hair care, and natural hair stylist. I thought perfect, I called the salon and the lady told me I could get a blow out as long as im there before 830. I arrived a little before 730 and the stylist told me she could not do my type of hair and I need to come back tomorrow. I said you dont know how do to a blow out she just replied she couldnt do my hair and to return tomorrow. I was offended but politely walked away knowing I would never return.

When in asked the guy for price he told me to set in chair he asked the other stylist to cut my hair she looked like she didnt want to be bothered she cut my hair all wrong even after I told her how I wanted it. Wont go again.

I have been calling them to see if they can do my eyebrows but they don’t answer.
