This place is an absolute joke! NEVER EVER EVER GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!! The main receptionist that I called informed me that there were only two clinics close to Roseville for me to go to: Blaine, and Golden Valley. I even stated that I worked in Woodbury and asked what was close by. She still said those were the closest. She seemed like an absolute air-head. And instead of double checking locations I took her word for it. Later finding out they DO have a location in Roseville and Oakdale that I could have attended. I wonder if the reason she recommended Blaine is because they lack enough patients.It is virtually impossible to even get ANYONE on the phone to answer. Good luck making an appointment. The first time I called I waited 37 minutes for a receptionist. The other times I left four messages and they did not return my calls.This place is almost impossible to even get parking spot in if there are soccer games there and it will take you an extra 15 minutes or more out of your time with the extra traffic. Leaving the location took me almost 20 minutes just to get onto 65. They are literally right next door to the Sports Center. On days of soccer tournaments, you may have to park a mile or so away as they do NOT have allocated spaces reserved for patients. They shouldnt even have a running business or make appointments during this time.This place is a joke. They dont care at all about their patients and have horrible customer service. It will take you a long time to make another appointment if you do it on the phone. I left a message cancelling my appointment. And the had the audacity to call me telling me I didnt show up. Well, it shows you they dont check their messages on a regular, maybe even daily basis.When I finally did get a hold of someone I canceled ALL my upcoming appointments. Id rather be in pain than step foot in this mess of disgust of a so called business.This place is trash.
