Were greatful for the care my grandmother in law was given. The staff was always there to help and make it as comfortable for her as could be. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for assisted living. Thank you to Trish and the rest of the staff.

I have had nothing but great experiences at comfort residence in Blaine. The staff are so caring and compassionate about their residents. Trish has a heart of gold and always goes the extra mile for the people in her care. I would recommend this facility to anyone and everyone.

This is a phenomenal place to work! We have caring staff and team that makes this the best place to work. The environment is supportive, loving, helpful and caring. It is a privilege to be a part of such an amazing team!

This place is HORRIBLE... staff is very lazy, always on their phones... a lot of lack of communication with anyone there. Residents will be calling and calling while staff in sitting on their phone ignoring them. Staff will be smoking on the job, hard to find often. The inside of the place looks very rundown and not well maintained, especially with cleaning.. Do not let your loved ones live here..

So here’s a scoop! As an advocate for small business, we have concluded that comfort residence (Blaine) is a “steer clear” situation. The staff is notoriously hard to deal with, and inconsistent with their business policies. We cannot comment on the treatment of their residents..but come on....doesn’t take a genius. Our team has received numerous complaints on various occasions. We are just a voice. Our rating for this location...1star(s)

Poor communication. Misleading. Trish, and Ranya (staff at Comfort Residence) have demonstrated very poor business practices. They refuse to pay their bills for services rendered as well.
