I sincerely regret not remembering the name of the young lady that helped me. I was traveling from out of town and found myself in an awkward situation and having left my CPAP mask at home in South Dakota. I cant sleep without my CPAP and everywhere every place was closed. I contacted I guess you would call it the emergency number and was directed to this young lady who met with me and helped me. She was so pleasant and very kind and I recommend Great plains rehabilitation services to anyone with any medical equipment needs. The staff that I dealt with was outstanding and should I ever move to the area or should I am be a need in this area again they will be the ones that I go to. Thank you thank you for your help.

I had a horrible experience. I needed a repair done. They forced me to make an appointment for my wheelchair (not for me … the chair!). Couldnt just stop in. And then the guy says he doesnt have the tools to replace what I needed replaced. Like seriously, dont you repair medical devices? How do you not have the tools? Then he goes in the back to check if he could replace a larger portion instead of the small individual part, only to come back and say parts are discontinued completely. …. Really? While he was in back, I was checking myself on my phone and found parts on the internet. I guess I will be figuring it out myself. What a waste of my time and what a huge disappointment. I think they just wanted me to walk out with a whole new wheelchair instead of fixing what I had. DONT GO HERE TO GET ANYTHING REPAIRED!

Very good service and dependable. My CPAP supplies are always there when needed.

Very knowledgeable people have never had any problems yet in the past two years that I have been going there. They have the new and latest masks for cpaps which makes using the machine alot more comfortable for the patients. They always have the supplies I need the one time they didnt I didnt have to come back to the store they just had it mailed to my house very convenient.

Services in all departments have been excellent. They respond promptly to all my questions and needs. We have had questions on insurance claims and they have taken care of it and submitted appeals as necessary.

Terrible after hours service that they claim they provide. When our family needed supplies on a Saturday we were told by the on call rep that if he had an emergency he would call us. This implies that our needs were not an emergency. We needed catheters for a male who was unable to pass urine on his own due to a brain surgery. So I guess not able to empty a bladder is not an emergency. This means my family member was expected to hold his urine from Sunday until Great Plains opened on Monday morning. We called Great Plains on a Monday to make a complaint and the receptionist had no idea what a supervisor was or who the supervisor of Great Plains is. We entered a complaint on the Great Plains site requesting a call back and they also did not call back. Be very careful if you decide to count on Great Plains.TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE SERVICE AND THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT SICK PEOPLE.

Went into facility to get a new form and bra’s. I was told that because I had a lumpectomy I didn’t qualify for them and Medicare wouldn’t pay on them . Strange thing is I was on program for 3 years thru Sanford. I looked up and found where YES Medicare and supplement insurance does pay. I went back to Sanford’s that same day and had wonderful help and walked out that day with what I needed. Do you realize how much business you are loosing by telling people to go elsewhere?I also was told by a billing person that Sandford must cheat and lie on form they submit or just eat the cost. Highly unlikely. Very unprofessional.

Called to see if they had a piece of equipment. Michelle said yes. I drove an hour to get it and when I got there they didnt have any. What a waste of my time!!!!!!
