Kat is an amazing Fascial Stretch Therapist and Certified Personal Trainer. Her expertise in personal training carries over to her Stretch Therapy practice. I absolutely loved my stretch/cupping session with Kat. She also sent me home with great at home stretches to do on my own.

What a great experience! Kat was the bomb and I felt amazing after our stretch session. Plus they do group fitness, Hiit, tabata and yoga. What an awesome place and its not packed!
