I go there at least 3 times a week. I always feel great after my workouts. They have a very great, clean place to go too.

This place is so nice! I also used their stand up tanning bed today. The bed was so sophisticated, and since its high powered the max is only 9 minutes. I appreciate being able to get a great tan in a short period of tuns! Especially when you come after work and just want to get in and out. Seems like a great gym, I will be back. Thanks for being awesome guys! 👌😁

Very large, new, and clean. The equipment was all new and great. This location was set up a little different than some others. The staff was helpful. There was a large selection of equipment which is found at all of the planet fitness. I will definitely return to this location.

This place is great to work out in but is really dirty did they for how to clean and that covid is still here thinking of dropping my membership

This planet fitness is very clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. It was right across the street from the hotel where I was staying. They have massage chairs and everything

I found the gym to be very pleasant and clean and well equipped there was only two things that I found that can be improved on the lockers were too small they can only hold a little bit of stuff.The leg press machine needed its own weights you had to take weights from the bench Press to add weight Overall I give it an 4 Stars the staff was Courteous and helpful. Looking forward to working out here again I would recommend do anyone traveling through to work out here and the shower facilities Are excellent And very clean as well

Great club App makes checking in easy and fast. Shower is great after a good muscle burn.

Used to work out at the Y but was referred by my sisters to planet. Seriously great gym!!! 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

Overall not impressed. Planet Fitness is not conducive to a person who is serious about weight-lifting. They dont even have one single squat rack. Furthermore, I was told that my membership was cancelled and then was charged another yearly fee. Maybe you should train employees better on this.

I really like the facility. Very friendly staff and some nice machines that I can get a good workout out on cuz I cant do free weights any longer cuz of shoulder pain. To of cardio equipment. They just have alot to offer and it fits my workout requirements perfectly.

I purchased my membership right before this facility closed for Covid. I paid for the entire year never having gotten a tour the first time in. Since then I have been diagnosed with two bad disks in my back so walking has been recommended but my chiropractor suggested massage. I came in today and wanted to get a massage but I didn’t even know how to check let alone how to get a massage set up. The man behind the counter let me know that he was much too busy to help me with anything since he was short handed. I told him fine just cancel my membership. I’m standing there with tears in my eyes and he actually asked me was there any particular reason I was canceling! Judgement free zone...I don’t think so and I will tell anyone that I talk to not to join this club. So very disappointed!

Clean facility and friendly, helpful staff. All machines in working order. Bathroom clean and well maintained. Copious amount of lockers (lockable) to store your valuables. Lots of disinfectant scattered about the gym.

Love the massage chairs and that most days I can get in and out in my time frame without having to wait for equipment

Friendly staff, and always clean! Plenty of machines, I have never had to wait to use something! Planet Fitness is the first gym I have felt comfortable at and like I can get my workout on and feel confident about it!

This is the best gym Ive ever been to and Ive tried out quite a few gyms. The equipment is all up to date. The gym is always clean. The staff have always been super friendly. Every time I walk through the doors I feel welcome and excited to get my workout in. Every other gym Ive been to, Ive been disappointed but not this gym. Not only is it a great gym but the price for $10 a month, you cant beat that. I have to pinch pennies these days so I cant afford $60 a month for gym. $10 a month I can afford. So thank you planet fitness for making a gym where I feel welcome and I can actually afford.

My first time going there the lady at the front desk didnt show me around just pointed wasnt very helpful but she was nice I just wish I would of got showed around

I joined Planet Fitness in August of 2018 when they opened here in Bismarck. I Love this gym one year later. It is still clean and the staff is very friendly. They take the time to get to know you. Over the summer my daughter and I would go together. When I couldn’t go with her I knew she was safe being an 18 yr old girl. The staff doses not turn over. You really get to know them. Happy Staff makes for a great gym.

I had a very enjoyable experience at this location well equipped staff friend to a comforting degree felt no judgement unlike a lot of gyms being just excuses for my gender to ogle women and belittle so to Kaela. The kind heart at the front desk and the rest of the staff thanks i would recommend and i will come again

I’ve been a member for 2 years now. Has most of everything I need. Staff are always super friendly and are CONSTANTLY cleaning. Great gym for most people’s needs. Not to mention it’s cheap AF 😎

The place is clean and new. The trainer there seems to love her job. She is Very happy and that can give inspiration to members and possibly future clients. People in general are polite and mind their own business. All types of bodies come there and everyone has their own goals. There is no judgement or p*ssing contests (yay). This place isnt packed full of steroid-heads and I appreciate that. One the other hand; The seasoned staff (the tall gentleman), rubs off on some as arrogant. He should smile more.

So what is your issue with nipples cause everybody has a couple and they are permanently attached. Ive never been offended by a nipple but maybe you have in your life but you probably shouldnt let that affect your professional judgment. Maybe you should get some counseling for your fear of nipples and not harrass an innocent person.

Its very nice. Nice equipment and very helpful and friendly staff. Its an extra perk to get your massage in as well as the late hours open during the week.

I like the gym it is nice and clean, but the tanning beds don’t give you much of a tan. When were the bulbs changed last?

Price of the gym is awesome, lots of nice equipment. It’s just organized in a way that’s hard to get a good quick workout in.

Im an Out of town visitor who stopped in late evening before calling a night at hotel. I didnt have my black card so the process of looking me up took awhile...when i eventually mentioned that I was from out of town the guy told me i should call my home PF to obtain barcode. I asked for just 15 minutes to workout and he said yes. Ipon leaving i asked him directions for horel and he said he didnt know and this led me to not rate as high as I would have had he been more helpful. Great PF facility though living up to their standards in that regard.

I called and talked to someone at the gym because of the recent snow. he said they was open and on there website it said it was open. When I got there they had a sign saying due to inclement weather the gym was closed. Funny KFC was open so was the other bussiness around it. Nothing like wasting your time.

Do not recommend to anyone with nipples (which I suspect you all have.)

They body Shame people truly disgusted. The staff and the managers are truly just rudest people ever I would recommend you take your business elsewhere.
