The accounting staff seem to have problems explaining my ongoing bill. I have been paying a bill for over a year but according to the accounting staff my bill has only dropped by $100.00. I have been paying $100.00 a month over the last year. Not happy !!!

The workers at Sanford Health Healthcare Accessories in Bismarck, North Dakota handled the needs of my daughter and family beautifully. We were greeted with a smile upon entering the lobby, the customer service reps who helped us (on all 3 appointments) immediately informed Tate in the orthotics and prosthetics department that we were there and even offered us something to drink while we wait. Tate got us in quickly, was very attentive to my families needs and did an amazing job on the AFO that he custom made for my daughter. Seeing all of this firsthand from the patient side of the business, I feel the entire staff went above and beyond to accommodate my family and I. I couldnt be happier with my experience and thank all the employees at Sanford Health Healthcare Accessories in Bismarck for their hard work and dedication to the patients. I would recommend to anybody to have their HCA needs met there any day.
