I was able to make an appointment with Dr. Ahmed without an extended wait. The clinic staff members were super-friendly and my wait time was probably less than three minutes. Dr. Ahmed explained sub-acute thyroiditis clearly and carefully and answered all my questions completely and in laymans language. The follow-up appointment was arranged efficiently, I will have all the assistance I need with the scheduled teleconference, and I left the clinic feeling professionally cared for with both compassion and expertise. Excellence all the way.

Although I LOVE my Doctor here and the staff, be aware that Mid Dakota Clinic is not easy to work with in regards to billing. They will not lower bills for any reason, I have had multiple billing mis-charges (which they corrected), and do not offer any form of financial aid. They also dont accept all credit cards. The prices for an annual exam are WAY higher than the national or accepted rate. Be aware.

Nothing but praises so far for Mid Dakota Clinic.I ended up choosing this facility for my gallbladder removal surgery and I am floored and impressed. Service (via the phone and in person) by staff, nurses, and doctors were all consistently pleasant, respectful, and professional. The facilities are clean, well-kept, and comfortable.

Went to the walk-in clinic on Rosser for a typical sinus infection that I have had to deal with multiple times since I was a kid and the treatments have always worked and have been the same for as long as I can remember. Antibiotics and a Steroid. Even a specialist who I saw for my sinuses gave me this regiment of meds. Went in today, after explaining a bit of my history and that I worked outside from time to time and this quack prescribes me only an antibiotic that has side affects when exposed sunlight. He also told me they cant give steroid injections, which is a lie because I have had one at Mid Dakota. I really like my family Dr. but the walk-in has seen the last of me. Drs are supposed help people heal, not send them packing feeling worse than they did when they showed up. My visit today was a total waste of my time and money. I should have went to the ER, at least then I would have been treated with medicines that work in a timely manner with less side affects.

Was denied medical care here needed gallbladder surgery, have PTSD and am exempt from mask wearing. They REFUSED me medical treatment, even though I wore a faceshield. Their blind faith in CDC misguidance devoid of all scientific backing is going to get them sued. This nurse inside literally told me I only had to put the mask on for about 20 feet until I got into the room then I could take it off, or I wouldnt be seen. Powertrip much? This whole pandemic has everyone tossing common sense aside.

Everything was great from the time I got there. Check in was quick and easy, nurse was quick at getting me to the room, and doctor was there in a very short time. Did not have to wait for anything. Also, Dr. Dunnigan was very personable and explained everything to me that I could understand.

At first I didnt want to leave this review as this is not the Doctors fault that Im aware of, I feel Its more of a clinic/hospital issue but we have been in a Pandemic for about a year now. With this in mind most business that are capable to, including doctors all over do online that I have done tele-doc and many other medical calls with have the ability to skype or use medical conferencing site links that work flawlessly. Weather on low grade machines or whatever, they even have test features on some to ensure you can make it ahead of time. Unfortunately this is not the case with Mid Dakota. No, when asking if I could pay them to have a video consultation because it wouldnt be much more then a 10-15 minute doctor visit at tops they refused and gave a lame excuse about IT or something not being able to ensure the calls are stable or something to that effect.I do this Field IT for a living and support a company of over 3000 individuals across the USA over teams and video conferencing on a daily basis that pull off meetings over their cellphones pulled up along the road with 2 bars of service in the middle of nowhere. The fact that this hospital on more then one ask has blatantly refused during a pandemic to accommodate something Ive had not one other business turn me down for is disgusting. So instead of me paying them for a video call, they want me to drive 4+ hours to sit there for 10 minutes, only to then have to drive back for another 4+ hours which means i will have to take time off work just for a 15 minute doctor visit and put my car at risk especially during the winter months. Just disgusting. And to add insult to injury on their part, the doctor I was referred to at Pelican Health the next day had no issues video conferencing with me and got me pointed in the right direction without any excuses and is in fact getting me better. So CHI pretty much lost a client to better doctoring.This is a heads up to you Mid Dakota. Your excuses are rather short sighted and if this is how you expect to operate you are going to remain at bottom of my list going forward. I cant support a clinic or a hospital who isnt willing to work with its customers especially in a time where so much is going on and only cares about making money on inconveniencing its clients. Shame on you.

Dr. Tanous at the Today Clinic did a great job of helping us with an injury. He listened and showed concern and was very friendly. His nurses were also very friendly, as well as the x-ray techs, and the check-in staff. Everyone helped me and made me feel comfortable.

Waited and waited when there was merely one other patient before me. Keep in mind a had a fever and was extremely uncomfortable sitting on a stiff fold up chair. After that I waited another hour and half waiting for the doctors and nurses to run a simple strep test. I came up positive, then was basically told I still have a good chance of having carona. Just because I had a fever!! I get that times are tough and people need to be cautious, but this was just outrageous.

I had an MRI done. Chris and the 2 techs were great. Chris did my pre-procedure visit and I felt so comfortable with him. All 3 were kind, professional, describing what they were doing to prepare me for the procedure and concerned about my claustrophobia by making sure I was ok and comfortable, etc. I have been going to Mid Dakota since 1985, with a 20 year gap when I moved from Bismarck. I really like Mid Dakota!

I have always been very happy with the service received from the Doctors, Nurses, and other staff at the Mid Dakota Clinic - Main Clinic. The doctors are always very helpful in diagnosing issues and working with me and my family to come up with the appropriate treatment plan.I also appreciate the Today Clinic at the Main Clinic as well. Check in is easy and the wait to see a doctor is usually minimal. The Today Clinic doctors and nurses are all very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.Our family has been seeing various doctors with Mid Dakota Clinic for many years and we have been very appreciative of the service received from the Mid Dakota Clinic Main Clinic during this time.

From 1 star review to a 3 star until the final appointment. If your curious as to why please read below.I have an appointment scheduled for 2 weeks from now (January 16) and was told by Cindy that they can not verify my insurance at this time and that I need to commit to paying $2,000 right now (January 3rd) to have my appointment.When I advised her that the insurance company does a first of year flip and that if she tried closer to my appointment time to reverify the information they need would be available. Cindy refused to wait until a later date since I have an outstanding balance on my account with Mid Dakota.I have been waiting for over a month for this procedure to happen so I could have beginning year medical deductions and now I am being told that I am not allowed to have this appointment.It is very possible that I have something very serious happening and have know bodily issues for over 2 months and now being refused service since I can not commit to paying $2,000 2-weeks before my appointment due to someone not willing to wait to re-enter my insurance closer to my appointment.Their website states they have counselors that are willing to make payment arrangements but that is obviously not true.I am highly dissatisfied with how this is being handled.Update: I have had wonderful service from Karla today (January 4) after posting this review. She took the time to actually listen to me and to try to get some clarification about what I am able to pay and not pay and how my insurance is set up. She even found out on how it would be possible for my procedure to be done at a different facility if I chose to go somewhere else. Luckily, my insurance information has been confirmed and I will still have something to pay but not the $2,000 right away along with payments following the procedure. I am now posting this with happy tears instead of angry frustrated ones.

I have always been comfortable with my Doctor and Nurse Practitioner at Mid Dakota Main Clinic. My questions are always answered, No Matter How Long it Takes, they spend the time with me! There is a level of respect offered here consistently. They are on The Ball as well as their staff! I, who rarely recommend anything, would recommend Mid Dakota Clinic (MAIN CLINIC)!

KEEP ALL RECEIPTS! I was told I had an amount outstanding and when I referred to my receipt, my cash payment at the time was applied to someone elses account. I had to tell them the personal information of someone else that was on the receipt to get them to properly apply my cash payment to my account. Just keep receipts if you pay cash, otherwise I wouldve been out the $25.00 copay. Scary that this can happen.

Dr. Juelson did a thorough well check for my daughter. She took her time and we didnt feel as she was just trying to get to her next patient. She made sure all of our prescriptions were updated, so a call didnt have to be made later. I had a very nervous little girl in regards to getting a shot. They were so kind and attentive, she didnt even realize they had already given her one!

Mis-diagnosed my condition. Ended up in the hospital for a week and out of work for a month. Went to walk in clinic were they repeatedly kept taking my money and telling me my symptoms were from a sinus infection. After taking it upon myself to see a Mid-Dakota sinus specialist, the doctor told me it wasnt my sinuses and that my sinus symptoms were being caused by my stomach. Both were wrong. Ended up in Sanford hospital with blocked tear duct that caused my entire eye area to swell shut along with facial swelling. My face was deformed. Sanford diagnosed my symptoms and provided the correct diagnosis and care through an ophthalmologist. Will NEVER go to Mid-Dakota again!! Horrible!! And Im stuck paying huge medical bills due to their incompetence.

The weight loss clinic (staff member) sure doesnt make you feel respected or comfortable communicating with them! You have to write this staff member 3 to 4 times before they answer. I thought the staff is there to assist and answer your questions...Very friendly first visit then bam doesnt get back to! Pretty disappointed in this staff member. And yes I know it can get busy but 3 to 4 times to get a short unfriendly reply and calling leaving messages asking to be called back and not calling back is unacceptable, I have to keep calling until I dont get a voicemail...The other staff members get right back to you and are very friendly!

Patient portal is useless. Billing is terrible. Have bills in collection and havent even received bills yet. Maybe they should bring the billing back to where it should be. When it was here we actually received a bill and it was itemized. Been fighting for four months to get itemized billing for secondary insurance company. Nothing. That company put written request to them we signed release. Nothing. Meanwhile bills getting turned over to collections. Pretty much had it but the only other option is Sanford. And thats not an option

I will NOT step foot in this FACILITY ever again! Lies were put in my medical records because I didnt come skipping & hopping into my appt. Then, I was told that I have no barriers to walking. . . FOR crissakes, I have ARACHNOIDITIS, which is permanent I inflammation to the middle layer of my spinal cord. IT CAUSES SEVERE PAIN 24/7/365 DAYS EACH & EVERY DAY OF MY LIFE!!! They deny care for people who wont pay for procedures up front. I had a surgery scheduled and one week before surgery they called and said if I didnt pay 1500.00 up front they would not do the procedure. I have insurance and they are a participating provider with my insurance. By law, not only do they have to bill my insurance first but they cannot refuse care. They do both. They should be investigated.

The team at Mid Dakota Clinic in the GastroIntestinal Department was efficient, & prompt with pre procedure prescription/information. The department called to set-up the actual procedure as indicated and answered all concerns/questions. While at the procedure, staff was reassuring, answered all questions, and kept me appraised of and delays.Dr. Karls talked to me before and after the procedure. I felt comfortable with his explanations and follow-up requirements. I appreciated receiving written information from Dr. Karls the following week. A difficult procedure was completed as comfortably as possible!
