I thinks it’s crazy how they can charge you an arm and a leg for a less than 15 minute visit (including wait time) but the DR can’t even call the patients back in regards to important questions tied to their visit & service. Front desk lady says “DR’s don’t call patients” as if we are less than human yet they get paid ridiculously & can charge crazy amounts for office visits which is essentially just them giving you medical opinions. CHI as a whole continues their horrible professionalism & reputation out here yet again. 1st time I’ve dealt with them and will definitely be the last.
