Terrible service, the nurses are rude and condescending. My doctor was ok, but I dreaded going there and having to deal with the treatment of nurses.

Everyone was great and treated me with respect & carried themselves in a professional manner. Dr Smith is awesome & if the location was more convenient for me, Id change my primary doctor to him in a heartbeat!

I had a great experience seeing Jana. She was so thorough and listened to every concern that I had. I did not feel rushed, and she explained everything in terms that I could understand. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a great provider. However, my experience with the support staff, such as the receptionist and the nurse that took me back to Jana’s office, was horrible. I have never dealt with more unpleasant people before. It is already uncomfortable to have to go see a healthcare provider regarding a health concern. When you add cold, rude support staff into the mix it truly makes a patient feel unbearably uncomfortable. I have never felt more disrespected than when the nurse was preparing me to see my provider. I filled out a comment card regarding my experience and let Sanford know that I wanted to be contacted about what had happen. It has now been two weeks and I have yet to hear anything. It is disappointing that the support staff of this clinic make it impossible to have a good experience.

Very impressed with how knowledgeable they are and the care and compassion is at a much higher level than other places I have been. They are wonderful.

My Friend recently had back surgery and was having severe abdominal pain. Call her dr and receptionist said Dr Fields was busy and couldnt see her till December and told her to go to walk in clinics.she went to er and was hospitalized.very sad treatment from dr Fields and staff

I have been a patient of Dr. Brenda Miller and NP Jana Rakowski for a decade, as have my daughters. #BestMedicalTeamEver They both have so much compassion, knowledge and personality. I highly recommend either of them for medical care.

Nobody should be complaining about a clinic. We should all be grateful that we have hospitals and medical staff in the first place. Imagine a life without medical professionals.

Would not recommend seeing Brenda Miller or her nurse practitioner! Was told they would have a prescription ready for me and when I called to get the prescription I was told I would have to be seen but they cant see me for another two weeks! Its hard to have a doctor you cant trust!

Sitting waiting for paperwork that was supposed to be done last week. Called from 2-4 to check on it and apparently nobody knows what’s going on with my paperwork even sitting in the office waiting room. I’ve now been sitting here for a hour and they say they are trrribly busy but I’ve seen how many people have gone in and how many have come out of rooms that can’t be that busy that 5 min worth of paperwork can’t be done still
